In the present research, to improve the properties of the starch films, a constant level of citric acid and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) (10%) with different amounts of glycerol (GLY) as a lubricating agent, crystal nanowhiskers (CNW) and titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles were used together. Finally, the effects of these compounds on permeability properties of the obtained starch-based bionanocomposites were studied and their optimum values were determined by central composite design of response surface methodology (RSM). The results of X-Ray diffraction (XRD) test showed that at low levels of TiO2 and CNW there was no diffractogram peak obtained. However, at high levels of TiO2 and CNW there emerged distinct and sharp peak which was attributed to greater crystalline region and probably non-homogeneity in particle distribution. The Fourier transmission infrared (FTIR) data showed that addition of CNW and TiO2 increased hydrogen binding between the nanofillers and biopolymer matrix. The effects of TiO2 and CNW concentrations as quadratic and glycerol concentration as linear and quadratic were significant on water vapor permeability (WVP). The optimum levels of TiO2, CNW and GLY for obtaining minimum WVP corresponded to 0.118, 0.3 g and 1.06 mL, respectively.}, keywords = {starch,cellulose nanowhisker,Titanium dioxide,FTIR,XRD,water vapor permeability}, title_fa = {زیست نانوکامپوزیت بر پایه نشاسته نرم‌شده شامل نانوتاربلورسلولوز و نانوذرات تیتانیم دی‌اکسید: مطالعه ساختار و نفوذپذیری بخار آب}, abstract_fa = {فیلم خالص نشاسته معایبی مانند خاصیت آبدوستی شدید و خواص مکانیکی نسبتاً ضعیف دارد که استفاده از آن را برای تولید فیلم‌های مصرفی در صنایع بسته‌بندی محدود می‌سازد. در این پژوهش براساس مطالعات پیشین، برای بهبود خواص فیلم نشاسته نرم شده (PS) از مقدار ثابت %۱۰ سیتریک اسید و %۱۰ پلی‌وینیل‌الکل (PVA) و نیز مقادیر مختلف نرم‌کننده گلیسرول (GLY)، نانوویسکرسلولوز (CNW) و تیتانیم دی‌اکسید (TiO2)  استفاده شد. آثار این ترکیبات روی نفوذپذیری نسبت به بخارآب (WVP) فیلم‌های زیست نانوکامپوزیت نشاسته بررسی و مقادیر بهینه آنها با طرح مرکب مرکزی به روش پاسخ رویه معین شد. نتایج آزمون پراش پرتو X نشان داد، در مقادیر کم TiO2 و CNW، به دلیل پراکنش یکنواخت نانوذرات در ماتریس زیست‌پلیمر، پیکی در  الگوی پراش مشاهده نمی‌شود. اما با افزودن مقادیر زیادی TiO2 و  CNW پیکی ظاهر می‌شود که ممکن است مربوط به افزایش نواحی بلوری  یا احتمالاً تجمع نانوذرات باشد. طیف‌سنجی زیرقرمز تبدیل فوریه نشان داد، افزودن CNW و TiO2 موجب تشکیل و افزایش تعداد پیوند هیدروژنی بین گروه‌های عاملی پرکننده و ماتریس پلیمری زیست‌نانوکامپوزیت می‌شود. آثار غلظت TiO2 و CNW به شکل درجه دوم، غلظت GLY خطی و درجه دوم و اثر متقابل CNW و GLY برWVP معنی‌دار و مشاهده شد، مقادیر بهینه TiO2 ،CNW و GLY برای دستیابی به WVP  کمینه به ترتیب برابر 0.118 و 0.3 گرم  و 1.06 میلی لیتر است.  }, keywords_fa = {نشاسته,نانوتاربلورسلولوز,تیتانیم دی‌اکسید,FTIR,نفوذپذیری بخار آب}, url = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_1064.html}, eprint = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_1064_5ff9445914e25690fe118975cd831f0a.pdf} }
