The three parameters of time, site and release rate can be modulatedby controlled drug delivery systems. Hydrogels are hydrophilic polymers andcopolymers with three-dimensional network structures that nowadays are used in new controlled drug delivery systems. These macromolecules can respond to external stimuli such as temperature, pH and ionic strength. In this study, biocompatible acrylic hydrogels, synthesized by ultrasound, were studied to examine controlled drug release of Fluvoxamine. A pulsed power ultrasound was applied to the reaction mixture from the tip of a probe unit. It was found that hydrogel formation was faster using ultrasound. The results showed that ultrasonic irradiation significantly reduced the reaction time and increased efficiency. Additionally, increasing glycerol in the solution improved the viscosity of the reaction towards higher reaction rate. Also, we studied the stimuli sensitivity and swelling of hydrogels, and the rate of drug release at different temperatures and pH media. The results showed that the ultrasound irradiated acrylic hydrogels were sensitized towards pH and temperature variations. These hydrogels, due to their highly porous structure, were capable to load and release the drug rapidly and their performances were affected by pH and temperature. Also, the results showed that in a simulated body environment, the hydrogels were suitable options as controlled drug delivery systems in intestinal media. The ultrasonic polymerization method described here has a wide range of applications in biomaterial synthesis where initiators are not desired. The method adopted in this study can be developed for other gels and drugs.}, keywords = {controlled delivery,Fluvoxamine,ultrasound,acrylic acid,acrylamide}, title_fa = {بررسی بارگذاری و رهایش داروی فلووکسامین در هیدروژل ساخته شده با فراصوت دهی}, abstract_fa = {رساندن دارو در زمان و مکان معین، منجر به اصلاح دوز دارو، کاهش عوارض جانبی و درمان سریع تر می شود. در سامانه های دارورسانی موسوم به سامانه های رهایش کنترل شده، سه عامل زمان، مکان و سرعت رهایش دارو قابل کنترل است. هیدروژل ها، پلیمرها و کوپلیمرهای آبدوست با شبکه سه بعدی اند که امروزه به عنوان سامانه های نوین دارورسانی کنترل شده مطرح هستند. همچنین، هیدروژل ها این قابلیت را دارند که به شرایط محیط مانند دما، pH و قدرت یونی پاسخ دهند. در این پژوهش، هیدروژل آکریلی زیست سازگار سنتز شده به روش فراصوت دهی، برای مطالعه رهایش کنترل شده داروی فلووکسامین بررسی شد. از فراصوت پالسی  20 کیلوهرتز به عنوان منبع فراصوت استفاده شد. دما روی  37 درجه سلسیوس، دمای بدن انسان تنظیم شد. همچنین، حساسیت و تورم هیدروژل و مقداربارگذاری و رهایش دارو در دماها و pHهای مختلف بررسی شد. هیدروژل در نبود آغازگر و گرما در مدت زمان کوتاهی به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد، هیدروژل آکریلی سنتز شده به کمک فراصوت، دارای تخلخل زیاد در ساختار خود بوده و این هیدروژل قابلیت جذب و رهایش سریع دارو را نیز دارد. همچنین، مقدار این دو ویژگی تحت تأثیر دما و pH است. از روش فرابنفش برای ارزیابی غلظت دارو در تمام موارد استفاده شد. نتایج بررسی ها در محیط شبیه سازی شده بدن نشان داد، این هیدروژل گزینه مناسبی برای رهایش کنترل شده دارو در محیط روده است. روش به کار رفته در این بررسی را می توان به برخی از ژل ها و داروهای دیگر تعمیم داد و در سامانه های دارورسانی از آن بهره گرفت.}, keywords_fa = {رهایش کنترل شده,فلووکسامین,فراصوت,آکریلیک اسید,آکریل آمید}, url = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_1258.html}, eprint = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_1258_66d4c1258972196c1553eeb4cf9ad52e.pdf} }
