In order to adjust the appropriate properties for the synthesized acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, two comonomers; vinyl acetate and hydroxyl ethyl acrylate were introduced into the structure of the acrylic adhesive. The prepared acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive was characterized by analytical instruments such as FTIR (Fourier transform infrared), NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance), GPC (gel permeation chromatography) and HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). Reaction conditions such as comonomer type and concentration, reaction time and initiator could affect the final properties of the synthesized acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. Therefore, the effect of parameters, especially time of the reaction, initiator concentration and that of each comonomer and degree of cross-linking was studied with respect to the final properties of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive such as tack, peel strength and shear strength.Shear strength of the adhesive was increased by increases in the amount of HEA and VAc and reducing the amount of the initiator. Tack of the polymer was improved by the higher amounts of initiator and VAc monomer. Moreover, the peel strength of polymer was decreased by increasing the amount of VAc and raised by increasing the amount of HEA. It was found that cross-linking significantly raised shear strength of the adhesive. The optimum time of reaction was obtained by 10 h and the optimum amounts of initiator, vinyl acetate and hydroxyl ethyl acrylate were 0.5, 22 and 6 wt%, respectively.}, keywords = {pressure-sensitive adhesives,adhesion properties,acrylate copolymers,tack properties,peel strength}, title_fa = {تهیه چسب حساس به فشار آکریلی و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر خواص چسبندگی آن}, abstract_fa = {امروزه روش‌های نوین دارورسانی از راه پوست جانشین روش‌های قدیمی تر (دارورسانی از طریق دهان و تزریق) شده اند. از تمام انواع چسب‌ها، چسب‌های آکریلی محلولی به دلیل مزایای فراوان نسبت به سایر انواع چسب‌ها در این زمینه به طور گسترده استفاده می‌شوند. در این پژوهش، چسب حساس به فشار آکریلی از پلیمرشدن رادیکال آزاد 2-اتیل هگزیل آکریلات در اتیل استات و در مجاورت آغازگر 2،2-آزوبیس ایزوبوتیرونیتریل (AIBN) تهیه شد. برای تنظیم خواص آن، دو کومونومر وینیل استات و هیدروکسی اتیل آکریلات نیز در ساختار این چسب آکریلی استفاده شدند. چسب تهیه شده با آزمون‌های مختلف از قبیل طیف‌سنجی زیرقرمز تبدیل فوریه (FTIR)، رزونانس مغناطیسی هسته، رنگ‌نگاری ژل تراوایی ورنگ‌نگاری مایع کارآمد شناسایی شد. تمام عوامل مربوط به شرایط واکنش پلیمرشدن از قبیل نوع و مقدار کومونومر استفاده شده، مدت زمان انجام واکنش و مقدار آغازگر استفاده شده می توانند بر خواص نهایی چسب تهیه شده اثر بگذارند. بنابراین اثر متغیرهای مختلف از قبیل مدت زمان انجام واکنش، مقدار آغازگر و کومونومرها و شبکه‌ای شدن بر خواص چسب حساس به فشار آکریلی محلولی بررسی شد. استحکام برشی چسب با افزایش مقدار هیدروکسی اتیل آکریلات و وینیل استات و کاهش مقدار آغازگر استفاده شده افزایش یافت. چسبناکی پلیمر با استفاده از مقادیر بیشتر آغازگر و مونومر وینیل استات، بهبود یافت. همچنین، استحکام پوستگی پلیمر با افزایش مقدار وینیل استات، کاهش و با افزایش مقدار هیدروکسی اتیل آکریلات افزایش یافت. شبکه ای شدن نیز استحکام برشی چسب را به مقدار شایان توجهی افزایش داد. زمان بهینه 10 ساعت و مقدار بهینه برای آغازگر، وینیل استات و هیدروکسی اتیل آکریلات به ترتیب 5/0، 22 و %6 وزنی به دست آمد.}, keywords_fa = {چسب‌های حساس به فشار,خواص چسبندگی,کوپلیمرهای آکریلی,چسبناکی,استحکام پوستگی}, url = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_1326.html}, eprint = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_1326_a8325d79c88a6248fbf92af7c164d267.pdf} }
