For this purpose, a co-rotating twin screw extruder was designed and assembled. A high pressure-high temperature vessel was used in which the pressure could be dropped quickly. The foaming was carried out at saturation pressure of 68 bar in 2 s at 170˚C. The results showed that the poly(vinyl chloride)/polyurethane (100/0) sample absorbed up to 8.09 % CO2 gas and produced foams with a cell average of 6 μm and a cell density of 6×109. In the blend ratios of 90/10, 80/20, 70/30, 60/40 and 50/50, up to 4% by weight of CO2 gas was absorbed and no suitable foams were produced. Since the amount of gas diffusivity in the polyurethane was more than that in poly(vinyl chloride), the amount of gas leakage was equally increased by increases in polyurethane content, therefore there was no sufficient absorbed gas available for foam formation. It should be noted that the swelling caused by gas evolution is reduced due to the cross-linking structure which is highly resistant against the volume expansion. During the foaming step, the cross-linking density should be high enough to prevent viscous flow failure but not to the extent to initiate brittle failure in expanding bubbles. Therefore, it can be perceived that the optimum crosslinking density associated with the maximum foam expansion ratio could be achieved when the other processing parameters were fixed.}, keywords = {reaction extrusion,blend,Saturation,cross-link,cell density}, title_fa = {بررسی پارامترها در تهیه اسفنج‌های حاصل از آمیخته‌های پلی‌وینیل کلرید-پلی‌یورتان}, abstract_fa = {در این مطالعه، دست‌یابی به اسفنج‌های حاصل از آمیخته‌های گرمانرم-گرماسخت به روش اکستروژن واکنشی با تغییر درصد وزنی آمیخته بررسی شد. بدین منظور، اکسترودر دوپیچی همسوگرد طراحی و ساخته شد. برای اشباع‌سازی، از مخزن فشار قوی دمازیاد با امکان کاهش  بسیار سریع فشار استفاده شد. زمان، دمای اسفنج‌سازی و فشار اشباع‌سازی به ترتیب 2s 70˚C و 68bar درنظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد، نمونه‌های وینیل کلرید-پلی‌یورتان با درصد وزنی100/0، حداکثر %8/9 وزنی گاز جذب کردند و اسفنج‌های دارای متوسط سلول 6mm و چگالی سلول 109×6 تولید شدند و در پنج درصد وزنی دیگر (90/10، 80/20، 70/30، 60/40، 50/50) حداکثر %4 وزنی گاز جذب شده و اسفنج‌های مناسبی تولید نشدند. از آنجا که مقدار نفوذ گاز در پلی‌یورتان بیش از پلی‌وینیل کلرید است، مقدار نشت گاز نیز زیاد است. بنابراین، گاز کافی در نمونه برای اسفنج‌سازی جذب نشد. همچنین، مقاومت زیاد شبکه  به ازدیاد حجم، نسبت تورم ایجاد شده به وسیله انحلال گاز را کاهش می‌دهد. مقدار شبکه‌ای‌شدن باید به اندازه کافی زیاد باشد تا از شکست به وسیله جریان گرانرو جلوگیری کند و به اندازه کافی کم باشد تا از شکست ترد در زمان گسترش حباب‌های در حال رشد طی اسفنج‌سازی اجتناب شود. می‌توان دریافت، مقدار شبکه بهینه‌ برای دست‌یابی به حداکثر نسبت انبساط اسفنج‌های پلی‌وینیل کلرید-پلی‌یورتان زمانی که سایر پارامترهای فرایندپذیری  ثابت باشند، وجود دارد.}, keywords_fa = {اکستروژن واکنشی,آمیخته,اشباع‌سازی,شبکه عرضی,چگالی سلول}, url = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_1346.html}, eprint = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_1346_585789a0357c9e7fa48ba2713495271c.pdf} }
