Inkjet printing is one of the most economic printing methods and ink waste in this technique is very low. Inkjet process provides printing on any type of substrates. The UV curable inks are special types of printing inks that have been widely used in the last decades. The use of UV curable inks is more attractive in inkjet printing technology in comparison to other methods of printing. The most important advantage of UV curable inks in this method is that they are VOC-free and compatible and have good adhesion on many types of substrates. In this research, the effect of hyperbranched polymers on the curing behavior of UV curable inks was investigated. Two types of hyperbranched polymers with hydroxyl and fatty acid chain terminal groups were used in ink formulations. The effect of hyperbranched polymers on the curing behavior of UV curable ink was investigated by real-time FTIR analysis. The results showed that the hyperbranched polymers could improve curing process by increasing the conversion rate of the third curing stage. All ink formulations containing hyperbranched polymers showed higher conversion than a neat sample. The highest conversion was 77 % for the blend containing a hyperbranched polymer with hydroxyl end groups while the neat sample showed a final conversion of 55%. UV curable inks in inkjet process containing hyperbranched polymers with hydroxyl end groups showed a higher final conversion than neat sample.}, keywords = {inkjet ink,UV curable blend,hyperbrached polymer,curing behavior,viscosity}, title_fa = {اثر پلیمرهای پرشاخه بر رفتار پخت مرکب چاپ جوهرافشان فرابنفش پز}, abstract_fa = {چاپ جوهرافشان  سریع، با کیفیت بسیار خوب و دقت زیاد است. مقدار هدررفت مرکب در این نوع از چاپ بسیار کم و ناچیز است. همچنین، فرایند چاپ جوهرافشان قابلیت اعمال چاپ بر هر زیرآیندی را ممکن می‌سازد. مرکب‌های تابش‌پز نوع ویژه‌ای از مرکب‌های مصرفی در انواع روش‌های چاپ هستند که در سال‌های اخیر بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌اند. از این میان مقدار استفاده از این مرکب‌های تابش‌پز در چاپ جوهرافشان پیشرفت بیشتری را در مقایسه با سایر روش‌های چاپ نشان می‌دهد. مهم‌ترین مزیت این مرکب‌ها نبود حلال فرار در فرمول‌بندی آن‌هاست. از این نوع مرکب می‌توان برای چاپ روی انواع زیرآیند استفاده کرد. در این پژوهش، اثر پلیمرهای پرشاخه بر روند پخت آمیخته‌های تابش‌پز بررسی شده است. دو نوع پلیمر پرشاخه با عوامل انتهایی هیدروکسیلی و زنجیرهای اسید چرب با ترکیب درصدهای مختلف در آمیخته مرکب جوهرافشان تابش‌پز به‌کار رفت. اثر این ساختارهای پرشاخه بر روند پخت مرکب تابش‌پز با استفاده از آزمون RT-FTIR بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد، پلیمرهای پرشاخه با افزایش سرعت تبدیل پیوندهای دوگانه در مرحله سوم پلیمرشدن، موجب بهبود روند پخت می‌شوند. همه نمونه‌ها به غیر از نمونه حاوی %2 از پلیمر پرشاخه با گروه‌های انتهایی اسید چرب (دارای تبدیل نهایی %50) مقادیر تبدیل نهایی بیشتری نسبت به نمونه بدون پلیمر پرشاخه نشان دادند. بیشترین مقدار تبدیل، %77 مربوط به آمیخته حاوی %5 از پلیمر پرشاخه با گروه‌های انتهایی هیدروکسیلی بود، در حالی که نمونه بدون پلیمر پرشاخه مقدار تبدیل نهایی %55 را نشان داد.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_1382.html}, eprint = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_1382_9a70e38ba54546730c2a45e8f534d7d6.pdf} }
