Pollution resulting from packaging materials made of oil-based plastics and the problems associated with burning, disposal and recycling of these plastic products have attracted the attention of researchers to find appropriate solutions in recent years. Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is one of the important polysaccharide polymers with capability of producing transparent films with relatively good mechanical and inhibition properties that have been used broadly in studies concerning the food stuff packaging. Methods: Nanocomposite films have been prepared by solution casting method in the presence of clay nanoparticles. Pure and modified montmorillonite noanoparticles and Cloisite 30B along with silver and copper were used for improving the functional properties of carboxymethyl cellulose nanobiocomposite films.Findings: It was observed that the clay nanoparticles incorporated into the nanocomposite films increased the UV absorption and mechanical properties and reduced the vapor permeability of the films. The XRD results showed that the silver was successfully inserted into the gallery space of the nanoclay, because the basal spacing of Ag-modified Cloisite 30B increased from 1.841 nm to 1.855 nm. Also, the compatibility of the nanoparticles with carboxymethyl cellulose was examined by SEM images. The SEM micrographs showed that the Cloisite 30B nanoparticles displayed better interface compatibility with CMC films than Na-montmorillonite. The results of antimicrobial tests showed that the nanobiocomposite film containing 4 wt% of Ag-modified Cloisite 30B exhibited maximum antimicrobial property against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria.}, keywords = {carboxymethyl cellulose,clay nanoparticles,nanobiocomposite,mechanical properties,antimicrobial property}, title_fa = {خواص فیزیکی، مکانیکی و ضدباکتری فیلم‌های نانوزیست‌کامپوزیت برپایه کربوکسی‌متیل سلولوز-نانوخاک‌رس}, abstract_fa = {کربوکسی‌متیل سلولوز یکی از پلیمرهای پلی‌ساکاریدی با قابلیت تولید فیلم‌های شفاف و خواص بازدارندگی و مکانیکی نسبتاً خوب بوده که در سطح گسترده‌ای از پژوهش‌ها در زمینه بسته‌بندی مواد غذایی استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش، نانوذرات خاک‌‌رس نوع مونت‌موریلونت و کلویزیت 30B به حالت خالص و اصلاح‌شده با فلزات نقره و مس برای بهبود خواص عملکردی فیلم نانوزیست‌کامپوزیتی کربوکسی متیل سلولوز استفاده شدند. مشاهده شد، وجود این نانوذرات باعث افزایش جذب نور UV در فیلم‌ها، کاهش نفوذپذیری بخار آب و افزایش استحکام مکانیکی فیلم‌ها می‌شود. نتایج آزمون XRD نشان داد، نقره به‌طور مؤثری در فضای بین‌لایه‌ای مونت‌موریلونیت قرار گرفته است، زیرا فاصله بین‌لایه‌ای از 1.841nm برای خاک‌رس نوع کلویزیت 30B به 1.855nm در خاک‌رس نوع کلویزیت 30B اصلاح‌شده با نقره افزایش یافته است. نتایج حاصل از تصاویر SEM نشان داد، در حالت کلی نانوذرات خاک‌رس نوع کلویزیت 30B نسبت به خاک‌رس سدیم مونت‌موریلونیت سازگاری بهتری با فیلم کربوکسی متیل سلولوز دارند. همچنین نتیجه گرفته شد، نانوذرات خاک‌رس اصلاح‌شده با مس در تهیه فیلم‌های نانوزیست‌کامپوزیت سازگارتر از خاک‌رس اصلاح‌شده با نقره هستند. خاصیت ضدمیکروبی نانوذرات نامبرده نیز در برابر دو باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس و اشرشیاکلی بررسی شد. از نتایج آزمون میکروبی مربوط به نمونه‌های فیلمی کربوکسی متیل سلولوز دارای انواع نانوذرات خاک‌رس مشخص شد، فیلم دارای %4 وزنی کلویزیت 30B اصلاح‌شده با نقره بیشترین اثر ضد‌میکروبی را علیه باکتری‌های استافیلوکوکوس ‌اورئوس و اشرشیاکلی نشان می‌دهد.}, keywords_fa = {کربوکسی‌متیل سلولوز,بسته‌بندی مواد غذایی,نانوذرات خاک‌رس,نانوزیست‌کامپوزیت,خواص مکانیکی,خاصیت ضدباکتری}, url = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_1536.html}, eprint = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_1536_0db98df0098b8a4f76e9b0df9616528b.pdf} }
