Thermotropic liquid crystals with their exceptional properties have potentials for drug-delivery applications. Thermoresponsive liquid-crystal-embedded membranes were investigated for the purpose of developing the drug delivery systems with thermal stimuli response. Drug release occurs at temperatures above the phase transition temperature of thermotropic liquid crystals. Therefore, they can control drug release in response to small temperature changes. In this work, the biocompatible and thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer cholesteryl-(L-lactic acid)n ,CLAn (n=30), was synthesized with accurate control of molecular weight via ring opening polymerization method. Polymerization of L-lactide was carried out in the presence of cholesterol as an initiator and catalytic amount of tin (II) octoate (Sn(Oct)2) at 150°C in 5 h. The number-average degree of polymerization of CLA 30 was obtained from 1H NMR spectroscopy. The phase transition behavior of liquid crystalline CLA30 was established by differential scanning calorimetry and polarizing optical microscopy. The resulting liquid crystalline CLA30 was subsequently utilized to prepare CLA30 -embedded cellulose nitrate membrane by adsorption method. The CLA30-embedded cellulose nitrate membrane was used by an in-vitro drug penetration studies. Acetaminophen was used as a model drug. The permeation study was carried out at different temperatures around glass transition temperature of polymer CLA30 (37, 45 and 40°C, respectively). The results show that the CLA30 -embedded cellulose nitrate membranes exhibit thermo-responsive sensitivity with controlled drug permeation.}, keywords = {L-lactic acid,cholesterol,liquid crystal,thermoresponsive membrane,drug delivery}, title_fa = {تهیه غشای پاسخگو به دما با استفاده از کلستریل پلی(L- لاکتیک اسید) بلور مایع گرماگرا برای بررسی نفوذپذیری دارو}, abstract_fa = {توجه روزافزون و سریع به مواد عامل‌دار با قابلیت تغییر برگشت پذیر خواص فیزیکی-شیمیایی منجر به کارهای پژوهشی قابل توجهی در توسعه غشاهای پاسخگو به محرک شده است . بلورهای مایع گرما گرا با خواص استثنایی خود دارای پتانسیل ذاتی در کاربردهای دارورسانی هستند. غشاهای پاسخگو به دمای تعبیه شده با بلور مایع برای اهداف سامانه های دارورسانی با پاسخ به محرک‌های گرمایی اخیرا مورد توجه پژوهشگران در این زمینه قرار گرفته اند. رهایش دارو در دمای بالاتر از دمای انتقال فاز اتفاق می‌افتد و بدین ترتیب آزادسازی دارو در پاسخ به دما به‌ سرعت کنترل می‌شود. در این پژوهش، ابتدا پلیمر زیست‌سازگار و بلور مایع کلستریل پلی (L- لاکتیک اسید)، (۳۰ ‌‌= CLAn, n) با کنترل دقیق وزن مولکولی به روش پلیمرشدن حلقه گشا سنتز شد. پلیمرشدن L- لاکتید با کلسترول و مقادیر کاتالیزوری ۲- اتیل هگزانوات قلع (II) 2Sn(Oct) در دمای oC  ۱۵۰  به مدت ۵ ساعت انجام شد. درجه پلیمرشدن متوسط عددی پلیمرهای 30 CLA به کمک طیف‌سنجی مغناطیسی هسته به‌دست آمد. بررسی رفتار انتقال فازی پلیمر 30 CLA با استفاده ازگرماسنجی پویشی تفاضلی و میکروسکوپ نوری قطبیده انجام شد. سپس پلیمر سنتز شده 30 CLA برای تهیه غشای سلولوز نیترات حاوی بلور مایع به روش جذب مورد استفاده شد. مطالعات نفوذ داروی استامینوفن به عنوان داروی مدل به روش خارج بطنی  (in vitro) روی غشای حاوی بلور مایع 30 CLA انجام شد. نفوذ دارو در دماهای کم، زیاد و در دمای انتقال شیشه‌ای پلیمر  30 CLA( به ترتیب ۳۷، ۴۵ و oC ۴۰) بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل حاکی از پاسخگویی حرارتی غشا ی نیترات سلولوز حاوی بلور مایع 30 CLA  همراه با نفوذ کنترل شده داروست.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_616.html}, eprint = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_616_bba723613c753fe9c2133c031a108e1a.pdf} }
