Tensile test results showed that in the presence of 5 wt% nanoclay, values of tensile strength, elastic modulus and elongation-at-break are 15.5 MPa, 10.2 MPa and 4.2% for PP-g-MA compatibilized blends and 10.0 MPa, 7.0 MPa and 19.4% for EVA compatibilized blends, respectively. Also, the presence of 5 wt% nanoclay increased 9.1 % of tensile strength; 70 % of elastic modulus and decreased 49% of elongation-at-break for PP-g-MA compatibilized blends and increased 40.8% of tensile strength; 27.3% of elastic modulus and 49% of elongation-at-break for EVA compatibilized blends. The reason for these properties improvement could be proper dispersion and physical network consisting of silicate layers in the polymer matrix. SAXS patterns and TEM images confirmed that the prepared nanocomposites were exfoliated. SEM microscopic images show droplet morphology that is indicative of incompatibility of two polymers. Oxidative degradation of samples exposed to UV light was studied using FTIR spectroscopy. The weight loss percentage of MA-5, EVA-3 and EVA-5 specimens after 120 days of exposure in activated sludge resulted in 20.7, 28.4 and 37.9%, respectively. These results indicate that biodegradation of EVA compatibilized blends is much higher with increasing nanoclay which has improved the biodegradablility of the blends.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {خواص مکانیکی و زیست‌تخریب‌پذیری آمیخته‌های پلی‌پروپیلن- نشاسته تقویت‌شده با نانوخاک‌رس}, abstract_fa = {نانوکامپوزیت‌های پلی‌پروپیلن- نشاسته سازگارشده با PP-g-MA یا EVA، با مقادیر 0، 3 و 5 درصد وزنی از خاک‌رس اصلاح شده کلویزیت 30B به روش اختلاط مذاب تهیه شد و خواص مکانیکی، شکل‌شناسی و تخریب‌ پذیری نمونه‌ها بررسی شد. نتایج آزمون کشش نشان داد، با دارا بودن 5 درصد وزنی از نانوخاک‌رس مقادیر استحکام کششی، مدول کشسانی و ازدیاد طول تا پارگی به ترتیب MPa 5/15، MPa 2/10 و %2/4 برای آمیزه‌های سازگارشده با PP-g-MA و به ترتیب MPa 0/10، MPa 0/7 و %4/19 برای آمیزه های سازگارشده با EVA است. همچنین، وجود 5 درصد وزنی نانوخاک‌رس باعث افزایش %1/9 استحکام کششی، افزایش %70 مدول کشسانی و کاهش %49 ازدیاد طول تا پارگی آمیزه‌های سازگارشده با PP-g-MA و افزایش %8/40 استحکام کششی، افزایش %3/27 مدول کشسانی و افزایش %8 ازدیاد طول تا پارگی آمیزه‌های سازگارشده با EVA شد. دلیل این بهبود خواص، می‌تواند پراکنش مناسب و تشکیل شبکه فیزیکی از لایه‌های سیلیکاتی در زمینه پلیمر باشد. الگوهای پراش SAXS و تصاویر TEM تشکیل ساختار ورقه‌ای را تأیید کرد. تصاویر میکروسکوپی SEM شکل‌شناسی قطره‌ای را نشان داد که دال بر ناسازگاری این دو پلیمر است. تخریب اکسایشی نمونه‌ها در معرض پرتو فرابنفش با طیف‌سنجی FTIR بررسی شد. درصد افت وزن نمونه‌های MA-5، EVA-3 و EVA-5 پس از 120 روز قرارگرفتن در محیط لجن فعال به ترتیب 7/20، 4/28 و %9/37 به دست آمد. این نتایج نشان می‌دهد، زیست‌تخریب‌ پذیری آمیزه‌های سازگار شده با EVA به مراتب بیشتر است و افزایش خاک رس باعث بهبود زیست‌ تخریب‌ پذیری آمیزه‌ها می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {خاک‌رس اصلاح‌شده,نانوکامپوزیت زیست‌تخریب‌پذیر,پلی‌پروپیلن,نشاسته,سازگارکننده}, url = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_900.html}, eprint = {http://jips.ippi.ac.ir/article_900_e0af7604ef292da52a34cd9807f2cd4f.pdf} }
