هیدروژلهای پاسخگو به دما: مواد، سازوکارها و کاربردهای زیستی
در چند دهه اخیر، توجه بسیاری به کاربردهای دارویی و زیستپزشکی پلیمرهایی جلب شده است که محلول آبی آنها بتواند در پاسخ به محرکهای حاصل از تغییر شرایط محیطی درجا، هیدروژل تشکیل دهد. از این میان، محلولهای پلیمری ژلشونده در اثر دما به دلیل سادگی، کاربردیبودن و فراوانی نسبی سامانههای پلیمری (طبیعی و سنتزی) ژلشونده در پاسخ به تغییر دما بیشتر بررسی و گزارش شدهاند. برخلاف هیدروژلهای مرسوم، هیدروژلهایی که در اثر محرک دما درجا تشکیل میشوند، در شرایط فیزیولوژی امکان تشکیل دارند و میتوانند یکپارچگی توده خود را در دوره زمانی معین حفظ کنند. کاربرد چنین موادی توسعه فرمولبندیهای دارویی با اختلاط محلول پلیمر و دارو را سادهتر میکند و میتوان با استفاده از آنها انحلال داروهای آبگریز با وزن مولکولی کم را بهبود داد. به علت آسانی فرمولبندی محصولات دارویی با انجام فرایند ساده اختلاط دارو(ها) با این مواد، زیستسازگاری و امکان کاربردهای فراوان میتوان از آنها در زمینههای پزشکی و دارویی با هدف مهندسی بافت، انحلال داروهای کممحلول و رهایش کنترلشده داروها و درشتمولکولهای زیستی مانند پروتئینها و ژنها بهره برد. در این مقاله، هیدروژلهای حساس به دما به لحاظ طبقهبندی، کاربرد و ترمودینامیک تشکیل مطالعه شدهاند. افزون بر این، سازوکار پاسخگویی هیدروژلها به دما، پلیمرهای ژلشونده، پیشرفتهای اخیر در طراحی مولکولی، سطوح و هیدروژل و نیز کاربردهای زیستی آنها بررسی شده است. همچنین، مطالعات اخیر در زمینه میسلها و مزدوجهای زیستی هوشمند مرور شده است. در نهایت، محدودیتها و قابلیتهای کاربرد هیدروژلهای حساس به دمای تشکیلشونده درجا گزارش شده است. اطلاعات گزارش شده در این مقاله برای طراحی و توسعه سامانههای ژلی پاسخگو به دما با کاربرد و خواص مختلف ضروری است.

سنتز پلیمرهای شاخهدار و پراکنش نانوذرات سیلیکا و اثر برهمکنش آنها بر شکلشناسی سیمان آبدار شده
انواع پلیمرهای شاخهدار از واکنش پلیمرشدن درجای رادیکالی آزاد مونومرهای آکریلیک اسید (AA)، مالئیک انیدرید (MA) و پلیاتیلن گلیکول متیلاتر متاکریلات با وزن مولکولی 950g/mol (PEGMA) با درصدهای مختلف از نانوذرات سیلیکا سنتز شدند. شناسایی ساختاری این ترکیبات با روشهای طیفسنجی زیرقرمز تبدیل فوریه (FTIR)، رزونانس مغناطیسی هسته هیدروژن (1HNMR) و سوانگاری ژل تراوایی (GPC) انجام شد. نتایج بررسی برهمکنش میان پلیمرهای شاخهدار با نانوذرات با گرماوزنسنجی (TGA) نشان داد، در شرایط اسیدی پیوندهای هیدروژنی میان عاملیتهای موجود در زنجیر پلیمری با سطح نانوذرات بسیار قویتر از شرایط خنثی است. همچنین، نوع برهمکنش میان عاملیتهای موجود در زنجیر پلیمری با گروههای هیدروکسی موجود در سطح نانوذرات در شرایط اسیدی و خنثی متفاوت است. بررسی پراکنش نانوذرات سیلیکا در مجاورت پلیمرهای شاخهدار با استفاده از روشهای پراکندگی نور دینامیکی (DLS) و میکروسکوپی الکترونی پویشی (SEM) انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد، در شرایط اسیدی اندازه ذرات بسیار بزرگ بوده و پراکنش بهخوبی انجام نشد. در شرایط خنثی و پس از صوتدهی، نیز پراکنش نانوذرات بهخوبی انجام شد. همچنین، با افزایش درصد وزنی نانوذرات از %7/4 به %23 وزنی، مقدار پراکنش نانوذرات کمتر شد. افزون براین، نتایج SEM مربوط به سطح مقطع سیمان نشان داد، نانوذرات پراکنده شده بهخوبی درون سیمان توزیع میشوند و پلیمرهای شاخهدار روی شکلشناسی ساختار بلورهای ایجاد شده در سیمان اثر شایان توجهی دارند. نتایج پراش پرتو X با انرژی پاشنده (EDAX) نشان داد، پلیمرهای شاخهدار و نانوذرات بهخوبی درون سیمان پخش شدند.

اثر اصلاحکننده نانوخاکرس و سازگارکننده بر توسعه شکلشناسی و سینتیک بلوریشدن سرد نانوکامپوزیتهای پلیلاکتید-پلیاتیلن-مونتموریلونیت
اثر انواع اصلاحکننده نانوخاکرس مونتموریلونیت (MT2EtOH و 2M2HT) و سازگارکننده (PE-g-MA) بر توسعه ساختار، شکلشناسی و سینتیک بلورینگی سرد آمیختههای نانوکامپوزیتی پلیلاکتید-پلیاتیلن دارای 4phr مونتموریلونیت اصلاحشده تجاری (کلویزیت 20A و 30B) بررسی شد. توسعه ساختار شکلشناسی و سینتیک بلورینگی سرد آمیختههای پلیمری نانوکامپوزیتی با روشهای پراش پرتو X، میکروسکوپی الکترونی پویشی، گرماسنجی پویشی تفاضلی و اندازهگیریهای گرانروکشسانی حالت مذاب خطی و غیرخطی بررسی شد. نتایج پراش پرتو X ساختار میانلایهایشده در آمیختههای نانوکامپوزیتی پلیلاکتید-پلیاتیلن دارای نانوخاکرس کلویزیت 20A یا کلویزیت 30B را نشان داد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، بیشینه مشخصه اصلی کلویزیت 30B در آمیخته نانوکامپوزیتی پلیلاکتید-پلیاتیلن-کلویزیت 30B در مقایسه با بیشینه مشخصه کلویزیت 20A در آمیخته نانوکامپوزیتی پلیلاکتید-پلیاتیلن-کلویزیت 20A به زاویههای کوچکتر منتقل شدهاند. نتایج رئولوژی و ثابتهای ترشوندگی نشان داد، مشارکت کلویزیت 20A در آمیخته پلیلاکتید-پلیاتیلن، طبق سه سازوکار شامل قرارگیری نانوخاکرس در فصل مشترک آمیخته، افزایش گرانروی فاز ماتریس پلیلاکتید و کاهش فرایند بههمپیوستگی، به کاهش اندازه قطرههای پلیاتیلن منجر میشود. تصاویر میکروسکوپی الکترونی پویشی نشان داد، شکلشناسی کروی آمیخته پلیلاکتید-پلیاتیلن دارای کلویزیت 30B به شکلشناسی غیرکروی در آمیخته دارای کلویزیت 20A تغییر میکند. نتایج گرانروکشسانی مذاب خطی و غیرخطی نشان داد، ساختار سهبعدی تشکیل شده در آمیخته نانوکامپوزیتی پلیلاکتید-پلیاتیلن-کلویزیت 20A در مقایسه با پلیلاکتید-پلیاتیلن-کلویزیت 30B قویتر است. سرعت بلوریشدن آمیختههای نانوکامپوزیتی از معادله Avrami با ثابت 2 پیروی کرد. افزودن سازگارکننده به آمیختههای نانوکامپوزیتی پلیلاکتید-پلیاتیلن، به کاهش ثابت سرعت بلوریشدن اصلاحشده (Zc) منجر شد. سازگارکننده در آمیختههای نانوکامپوزیتی با انتقال بخشی از نانوخاکرس به فاز قطره موجب کاهش فرایند هستهگذاری و در نتیجه کاهش سرعت بلوریشدن سرد، نسبت به آمیختههای نانوکامپوزیتی بدون سازگارکننده شد.

مطالعه مقایسهای میسلهای کرممانند پاسخگو به CO2 تهیه شده با درشتمولکولها و کوچکمولکولها
بهتازگی مطالعه میسلهای کرممانند (WLMs) پاسخگو به گاز کربن دیاکسید (CO2) بهعنوان محرک فراوان، بیاثر و سبز توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. این مواد کاربردهای متعددی در زمینههای مختلف از جمله انتقال گرما، کنترل رئولوژی، محصولات حفاظت شخصی و ازدیاد برداشت نفت (EOR) دارند. سامانه ایدهال میسل کرممانند پاسخگو به CO2 انتقالی برگشتپذیر بین حالت سل به ژل را نسبت به تغییرات محیط نشان میدهد. مهمترین ویژگی سامانههای مزبور این است که هنگام چرخههای مکرر این انتقالات، CO2 تجمع پیدا نمیکند. در این مقاله، دو نوع متفاوت از مواد بر پایه 3-(دیمتیل آمینو)-1-پروپیل آمین (DMAPA) و سدیم دودسیل سولفات (SDS)، و(DMAPA-SDS) بهعنوان سامانه کوچکمولکول و کوپلیمر قطعهای پلی(2-(دیمتیل آمینو) اتیل متاکریلات و پلیمتیل متاکریلات و SDS وSDS-(PDMAEMA-b-PMMA) بهعنوان سامانه پلیمری به منظور امکان تشکیل میسلهای کرممانند پاسخگو به CO2 بررسی شدند. گروههای آمین در ساختار DMAPA و PDMAEMA-b-PMMA این قابلیت را دارند که با حبابزنی CO2 پروتوندار شده و به نمکهای آمونیوم چهارتایی تبدیل شوند و با SDS از راه جاذبه الکتروستاتیک غیرکووالانسی برای تشکیل احتمالی میسلهای کرممانند برهمکنش داشته باشند. گرانروی و ویژگیهای ساختاری محلولهای آبی این سامانهها پیش و پس از قرارگرفتن در معرض CO2 با رئومتری و 1H NMR ارزیابی شد. نتایج بهدست آمده از رئومتری رفتار رقیقشدن برشی و ژلمانند را به ترتیب در سرعتهای برش و بسامدهای زیاد نشان داد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، در سامانه کوچکمولکول DMAPA-SDS، میسل کرممانند پاسخگو به CO2 به شکل ایدهآل با مشاهده انتقالات برگشتپذیر سل-ژل تشکیل میشود در حالی که در سامانه پلیمری (PDMAEMA-b-PMMA)-SDS کلوخهشدگی برگشتناپذیر مشاهده شد. نبود انتقالات برگشت پذیر سل-ژل و کلوخهشدگی زیاد به گرهخوردگی زنجیرهای بلند پلیمری نسبت داده شد.

اثر نسبت منظری و خلوص نانولولههای کربن چنددیواره بر شکلشناسی سطح و خواص الکتریکی نانوالیاف کامپوزیتی
الکتروریسی محلولهای پلیمری دارای نانوذرات، نوعی قابلیت تولید نانوالیاف کامپوزیتی نوین برای کاربردهای کارآمد است. در پژوهش حاضر، آثار نسبت منظری و خلوص نانولولههای کربن چنددیواره (MWCNTs) بر خواص ساختاری و الکتریکی نانوالیاف کامپوزیتی تولید شده با روش الکتروریسی بررسی شدهاند. ابتدا، نانولولههای کربن مصرفی با استفاده از میکروسکوپی الکترونی پویشی (SEM) و طیفسنجی رامان مطالعه شدند. سپس، پراکنش برای تهیه محلولهای نانوکامپوزیتی دارای MWCNTs به روش فیزیکی و با استفاده از ماده سطحفعال غیریونی انجام شد. در انتها، محلولهای کامپوزیتی تهیه شده به سرنگ شیشهای متصل به منبع تغذیه جریان DC اضافه شدند و فرایند الکتروریسی با استفاده از ولتاژ kV 15 بین سوزن و جمعکننده انجام شد. نتایج حاکی از وابستگی خلوص و بلورینگی نانولولههای کربن به شدت پیک G و نسبت پیکهای G/D است. خواص ساختاری نانوالیاف کامپوزیتی نشانگر وابستگی شدید آن به ابعاد نانولولههای کربن است، بهطوری که در نسبتهای منظری بیشتر، خواص ساختاری نانوالیاف بهبود مییابد. تحلیل ساختاری نانوالیاف کامپوزیتی نشانگر تغییر ساختار نانوالیاف با افزایش قطر MWCNTs است. ساختارهای بسیار صاف از نانوالیاف کامپوزیتی دارای %1 وزنی نانولوله کربن حاکی از کیفیت پراکنش بسیار مناسب نانولولههای کربن روی ساختار نانوالیاف تولید شده است. نانوالیاف کامپوزیتی با مقدار خلوص و نسبت منظری ییشتر، خواص الکتریکی مطلوبتری دارند. همچنین، مقدار رسانندگی الکتریکی نانوالیاف کامپوزیتی را میتوان از مقادیر S/cm 10-8 (عایق) تا 3-10 S/cm (رسانا) با انتخاب نانولوله کربن با نسبت منظری و مقدار خلوص متفاوت تنظیم کرد. بنابراین، استفاده از نانولولههای کربن با نسبت منظری و خلوص بیشتر در ساختار نانوالیاف کامپوزیتی روش بسیار مناسبی برای توسعه ویژگیهای ساختاری و عملکرد الکتریکی نانوالیاف الکتروریسی شده بهشمارمیآید.

اثر نانوصفحههای گرافن بر خواص رئولوژی و کششی و رفتار پخت نانوکامپوزیتهای برپایه آمیختههای NBR/PVC تهیه شده با روش اختلاط مذاب
در این پژوهش، اثر نانوگرافن بر خواص پخت، کششی و رهایی از تنش نانوکامپوزیتهای بر پایه آمیخته NBR/PVC با نسبت درصد 30/70 و لاستیک آکریلونیتریل بوتادیان با دو مقدار زیاد %45 و متوسط %33 از آکریلونیتریل بررسی شد. نمونهها با روش اختلاط مذاب تهیه شدند و همانطور که انتظار میرفت، با افزودن نانوگرافن به آمیختهها، گشتاور پخت افزایش یافت. همچنین، زمان برشتگی (ایمنی) و زمان پخت بهینه به دلیل ممانعت فضایی صفحههای نانوگرافن و ایجاد تأخیر در پخت، افزایش شایان توجهی نشان داد. منحنیهای پخت حاکی از اثر درخور توجه درصد آکریلونیتریل (ACN) بر خواص نانوکاموزیتهای تهیهشده بود، بهطوری که در نانوکامپوزیتهای دارای درصد زیاد آکریلونیتریل، گشتاور بیشینه پخت، زمان برشتگی و زمان پخت بهینه افزایش یافت. در ادامه، در آزمون رهایی از تنش مشاهده شد، افزایش مقدار نانوگرافن، مدول اولیه را افزایش میدهد و سبب کاهش مدول نهایی نمونهها در حالت پیش و پس از پخت میشود. همچنین، در نمونههای با درصد زیاد ACN، مدول اولیه و نهایی در آزمون رهایی از تنش مقادیر بیشتری را نشان میدهد. با افزایش مقدار نانوگرافن و استفاده از نمونههای با درصد زیاد ACN، شیب نواحی کوتاه و بلندمدت نمونهها در آزمون رهایی از تنش، افزایش یافت. خواص کششی نمونهها شامل استحکام کششی، ازدیاد طول تا پارگی و مدول یانگ با افزایش مقدار نانوگرافن افزایش یافت. در ادامه، خواص کششی نمونهها در سه دمای مختلف 25، 50 و 75 درجه سانتیگراد بررسی و مقایسه شد. نتایج اثر دما بر خواص کششی نانوکامپوزیت بیانگر این است که با افزایش غلظت نانوگرافن، کاهش استحکام کششی و مدول یانگ با افزایش دما، نسبت به نمونه بدون نانوذرات بسیار کمتر است.
