کاربرد هیدروژلها در حذف آلایندههای آبی با روش جذب سطحی
یونهای سنگین فلزی (مانند Cd+2، وPb+2، وCu+2 و Mg+2) و آلایندههای آلی موجود در پسابهای صنعتی (مانند رنگینهها)، از عوامل اصلی آلودگی منابع آبی هستند. این آلایندهها برای انسان، گیاهان و جانوران آبزی سمی هستند و باید پیش از دفع، از پساب حذف شوند. روشهای تصفیه مختلفی مانند انعقاد و لختهسازی، اکسایش، فیلترکردن غشایی و جذب سطحی برای حذف آلایندهها از محیط آبی گزارش شده است. اکثر این روشها محدودیتها و معایبی از دیدگاههای بازده، عملیبودن و اقتصادی به همراه دارند. روش جذب سطحی از بعد اقتصادی، انعطافپذیری و سهولت طراحی فرایند و گستردگی جاذبهای در دسترس بهعنوان روش مؤثری برای حذف انواع آلایندههای آلی و غیرآلی موجود در محیط آبی پیشنهاد میشود. هیدروژلها شبکههای پلیمری سهبعدی و انعطافپذیری هستند که کاربردهای فراوانی در زمینههای زیستپزشکی، دارورسانی، کشاورزی، زیستفناوری و فرایندهای جداسازی دارند. با توجه به خواص فیزیکی و شیمیایی ویژه هیدروژلها مانند آبدوستی، تورمپذیری، ظرفیت جذب زیاد، وجود گروههای عاملی ویژه مختلف و اصلاحپذیری ساختار آنها، علاقه به پژوهش در زمینه توسعه و استفاده از هیدروژلها بهعنوان جاذب در سامانههای تصفیه افزایش یافته است. هیدروژلها عملکرد چشمگیری در حذف محدوده گستردهای از آلایندههای آبی مانند فلزات سنگین و رنگینههای سمی با روش جذب سطحی نشان دادهاند. با توجه به نبود جمعبندی از کاربرد هیدروژلها در جذب سطحی آلایندهها، در این مقاله مراحل مختلف سامانههای تصفیه بر پایه هیدروژل، عوامل مؤثر و سازوکار حذف آلایندهها مرور شده است. همچنین، چالشهای اصلی مطرح در این سامانهها نظیر سینتیک و همدمای جذب، محدوده pH عملیاتی، تداخل و بازیابی هیدروژلها بحث و بررسی شده و در نهایت به ملاحظات مهم اقتصادی مانند پایداری، قابلیت بازمصرف هیدروژلها و بازیابی آلایندهها پرداخته شده است.

سنتز پوششهای پلییورتانی پراکنه آبی نانواندازه خودرنگ با اندازه ذرات و رنگ تنظیمپذیر: آنیونومر دربرابر کاتیونومر
فرضیه: با توجه به خواص بینظیر و کاربردهای زیاد پلییورتانها در صنایع مختلف از قبیل پوششها و چسبها و از سوی دیگر افزایش نگرانیهای زیستمحیطی درباره کاهش ترکیبات فرار در تولید یا کاربرد محصولات، پلییورتانهای پایهآبی توجه زیادی را جلب کردهاند. روشها: در این پژوهش، پلییورتانهای خودرنگ پایهآبی بر پایه ایزوفوران دیایزوسیانات و هگزامتیلندیایزوسیانات (PEG-400) و دیال آزو با استفاده از دیمتیلولپروپیونیک اسید (DMPA) یا N-متیل دیاتانولآمین (NMDA) بهعنوان گروه یونکننده سنتز شدند. سپس بهترتیب با اضافهکردن تریاتیلآمین یا یدومتان، به آنیونومر یا کاتیونومر مربوط تبدیل شدند و با افزودن آب، پراکنه آبی تهیه شد. پس از آن، اثر نوع گروه یونکننده و موقعیت آن (قطعه داخلی (C) یا بیرونی (T))، درجه خنثیسازی و مقدار جامد سامانهها بر گرانروی و پایداری پراکنه، رنگ و اندازه ذرات پراکنه بررسی شد. همچنین خواص گرمایی، شکلشناسی، مقاومت به خراش و مهاجرت رنگینه فیلمهای پلیمری، مطالعه شد. بررسیهای لازم درباره فیلمهای پلیمرها یا پراکنه آبی آنها با روشهای گرانرویسنجی چرخشی، پراکندگی نور دینامیکی (DLS)، طیفسنجیهای زیرقرمز تبدیل فوریه (FTIR) و رزونانس مغناطیسی هسته (NMR)، پراش پرتو X، تجزیه دینامیکی-مکانیکی گرمایی (DMTA)، تجزیه گرماوزنسنجی (TGA) و گرماسنجی پویشی تفاضلی (DSC) انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشانداد، آنیونومرها با تولید رنگ نارنجی تا قرمز شرابی، با ازدیاد مقدار جامد، افزایش گرانروی و کاهش اندازه ذرات را نشان دادند. با کاهش درجه خنثیسازی، کاهش گرانروی و افزایش اندازه ذرات دیده شد. پلیمرهای DMPA-T، با مقدار جامد بیشتر دارای پایداری پراکنه بیشتر و اندازه ذرات کوچکتری نسبت به DMPA-C بودند. کاتیونومرها با تولید رنگ قرمز جگری تا بنفش تیره، برای نمونههای NMDA-C اندازه ذرات کوچکتر و پایداری گرمایی بیشتری نسبت به NMDA-T نشان دادند. بهطورکلی، آنیونومرها پایداری پراکنه بیشتر، اندازه ذرات کوچکتر، جذب آب بیشتر، مقاومت به خراش و پایداری گرمایی بیشتری نسبت به کاتیونومرها نشان دادند. T%5 نمونههای DMPA-T و DMPA-C بهترتیب 271 و 250 بود.

تهیه نانوذرات هیالورونیک اسید- آلوئهورا برای سامانه آهستهرهش داکسی سایکلین
فرضیه: در این پژوهش، نانوذرات هیالورونیک اسید-آلوئهورا با روش نانورسوبدهی تهیه شدند. هردو ترکیب هیالورونیک اسید و آلوئهورا زیستسازگاری بسیار خوبی دارند و قابلیت آنها بهعنوان عامل ضدباکتریایی نشان داده شد. همچنین، اتصال عرضی شیمیایی این دو ماده بهوسیله واکنش استریشدن میتواند به تغییر پایداری و زیستتخریبپذیری نانوذرات حاصل منجر شود. داکسیسایکلین بهعنوان داروی مدل انتخاب و بهوسیله نانوذرات هیالورونیک اسید-آلوئهورا کپسولی شد. روشها: پودر آلوئهورا از برگ گیاه تهیه و با طیفسنجیهای زیرقرمز تبدیل فوریه و رزونانس مغناطیسی هسته شناسایی شد. هیالورونیک اسید و آلوئهورا طی واکنش استریشدن سنتز شدند. اندازه و شکل نانوذرات با دستگاه پراکندگی نور دینامیکی و میکروسکوپ الکترونی پویشی بررسی شد. آزمون ضدباکتریایی سامانه روی باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس و اشرشیا کلی و نیز محاسبه حداقل غلظت بازدارندگی و حداقل غلظت کشندگی انجام شد.یافتهها: متوسط اندازه هر ذره پیش و پس از بارگذاری دارو به ترتیب برابر 118 و 171nm بود. داکسیسایکلین با غلظت بهینه 200µg/mL، مقدار داروی بارگذاریشده %5.43 و بازده بارگذاری دارو %14.40 برای ادامه مطالعات برونتنی انتخاب شد. مقدار رهایش دارو بهمدت 16 روز، %93.4 بود که بیانگر رهایش آهسته است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون ضدباکتریایی نشانگر اثر سامانه بر هر دو باکتری مثبت بود. اما با توجه به نتایج حلقه بازدارندگی رشد اثر آن بر باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس بیشتر بود. زندهمانی سلولی روی رده سلولی NIH3T3 با استفاده از روش MTT انجام شد و نانوذرات دارای دارو با غلظت 10µg/mL بهعنوان غلظت مناسب انتخاب شدند. مطالعه حاضر نشان داد، نانوحاملهای هیالورونیک اسید-آلوئهورا برای رهایش کنترلشده داروی داکسیسایکلین و نیز بهعنوان عامل درمانی برای درمان بیماریهای عفونی مناسب هستند.

ساخت و بررسی غشای کامپوزیتی فیلم نازک پلیآمینی بر پایه پلی(5،2-بنزیمیدازول) با پایداری شیمیایی زیاد
فرضیه: با وجود کاربرد گسترده غشاهای نانوفیلترکردن در محلولهای آبی، قابلیت استفاده آنها در تصفیه حلالهای آلی نیز جالب توجه است. با وجود این، هنوز چالش توسعه غشاهای نانوفیلترکردن پلیمری مقاوم در برابر حلال به منظور استفاده در محدوده گستردهای از حلالهای آلی وجود دارد. پلیمرهای بسیاری با مقاومت زیاد در برابر حلالها وجود دارند که از این میان میتوان به پلیایمید (PI) و پلیبنزیمیدازول (PBI) اشاره کرد که برای ساخت لایه نگهدارنده غشاهای مقاوم در برابر حلال استفاده میشوند. پلی(5،2-بنزیمیدازول) (ABPBI) نوعی پلیمر با ساختار شیمیایی مشابه یا حتی بهتر نسبت به پلیبنزیمیدازول است. روشها: ابتدا پلیمر پلی(5،2-بنزیمیدازول) با خلوص زیاد سنتز شد. در مرحله بعد، غشاهای ABPBI و پلیوینیلیدن فلوئورید (PVDF) سنتز شدند. غشاهای کامپوزیتی فیلم نازک (TFC) پلیآمینی با روش پلیمرشدن بینسطحی و از واکنش بین پلیاتیلن ایمین (PEI) و سیانوریک کلرید بهدست آمدند. در پایان، ساختار، خواص فیزیکی و شیمیایی، پایداری شیمیایی و عملکرد غشاهای پایه و کامپوزیتی فیلم نازک حاصل از پلیمر ABPBI با غشاهای حاصل از PVDF مقایسه شدند.یافتهها: آزمونهای پایداری شیمیایی شامل حلپذیری، مقدار ژل و درجه تورم حاکی از پایداری بسیار زیاد غشای ABPBI بوده است. درجه تورم در حلالهای اتانول، متانول و نرمال هگزان برای غشای پایه ABPBI به ترتیب 0.0132، 0.175 و 0.01 و برای PDVF به ترتیب 0.9، 0.808 و 0.34 بوده است. شار عبوری آب از غشاهای پلیآمینی ABPBI-PA و PVDF-PA به ترتیب برابر با 20 و 26kg/m2.h و مقدار پسزنی محلول آبی دارای 10ppm رنگدانه بلور بنفش به ترتیب برابر 85 و %81 بود.

ساخت داربستهای هیبریدی نانولیفی از پلیلاکتیک اسید-گرافن و ژلاتین برای کاربرد در مهندسی بافت استخوان
فرضیه: در بین نانوساختارها، نانوالیاف و نانوذرات به دلیل داشتن سطح ویژه زیاد و زیستسازگاری عالی کارایی چشمگیری در مهندسی بافت و رهایش کنترلشده دارو دارند.روشها: در این پژوهش، تولید داربستهای نانولیفی از پلیلاکتیک اسید (PLA)، ژلاتین (Gel) و گرافن (G) بهمنظور ارزیابی کاربرد آنها در مهندسی بافت استخوان بررسی شده است. بهکارگیری ترکیب پلیمر طبیعی ژلاتین به همراه پلیمر سنتزی PLA به استفاده همزمان از خواص پایداری مکانیکی مناسب PLA و خواص زیستی منحصر بهفرد Gel منجر شد. بارگذاری گرافن در ساختار Gel/PLA موجب تشکیل نمد نانولیفی با شباهت زیاد به بافت استخوان شد. برای تولید داربستها از دو پلیمر نامبرده، روش الکتروریسی هیبریدی بهکار گرفته شد. محلول پلیمری Gel از یک سرنگ و محلول پلیمری PLA همراه با نانوذره گرافن از سرنگ دیگر تزریق شدند. یافتهها: مطالعه خواص شکلشناختی داربستهای تولیدشده نشان داد، افزودن گرافن به محلول PLA در ترکیب ژلاتین-پلیلاکتیک اسید (Gel/PLA)، قطر الیاف تولیدشده را بهطور معنیداری کاهش داده است. و افزودن ژلاتین به ترکیب PLA و افزودن گرافن به ترکیب Gel/PLA زاویه تماس نمونهها را کاهش داد. نانوالیاف هیبریدی G -Gel/PLA تهیهشده در مجاورت سلولهای استخوان زیستسازگاری خوبی نشان دادند و هیچ سمیت سلولی مشاهده نشد. سلولهای رشدیافته روی داربستها شکلشناسی پهن و دوکیشکل نشان داده و تقریباً بهطور یکنواخت کل ساختار نمد را پوشاندند. نانوالیاف نهایی تولیدشده با توجه به داشتن شکلشناسی صاف و نانولیفی، رفتار سلولی خوب و آبدوستی بیشتر میتوانند انتخاب مناسبی برای استفاده در بافت استخوان باشند.

فرضیه: در این پژوهش، فرایند پیرولیز زیستپلاستیکهای تهیهشده از آمیخته دو پروتئین حیوانی و آرد کامل سیبزمینی مطالعه و سپس، رفتار سینتیکی و ترمودینامیکی آنها طی فرایند پیرولیز بررسی شد. پروتئینهای استفادهشده در این مطالعه شامل پروتئین آب پنیر و ژلاتین گاوی بود که از ضایعات صنایع پرورش و فراورش محصولات دامی استخراج شدند.روشها: برای بررسی سینتیک تخریب گرمایی از روشهای مختلف همتبدیلی شامل Friedman،وFlynn-Wall-Ozawa،وKissinger-Akahira-Sunose و Starink استفاده شد. با هر یک از این مدلها، پارامترهای سینتیکی تجزیه گرمایی برای نمونههای زیستپلاستیک شامل آمیختههای ژلاتین گاوی-آرد کامل سیبزمینی (BG) و پروتئین آب پنیر- آرد کامل سیبزمینی (Wh) و نیز آرد کامل سیبزمینی به تنهایی (P) بهعنوان شاهد محاسبه شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد، محدوده انرژی فعالسازی بر اساس روش Friedman برای زیستپلاستیکهای بر پایه آمیخته BG، وWh و شاهد به ترتیب 60.15-214.65، 59.16-264.07وkJ/mol 50.38-216.68 تغییر کرده است. تخمین مدل واکنش با استفاده از روش Criado در دو شرایط تبدیل (a)، اول بین 0.1 تا 0.4 و دوم بین 0.1 تا 0.9، با هدف پوششدهی رفتار زیستپلاستیکها در دو شیوه فراورش و تولید انرژی تجدیدپذیر نشان داد، در تمام زیستپلاستیکهای بررسیشده، مدل Valensi و(D2) در شیوه فراورش و مدل Jander و(D3) در شیوه دوم بهترین برازش را بر اساس ضریب تبیین (R2) بین نمودارهای اصلی نظری و سرعتهای کاهشیافته تجربی داشتهاند. بررسیهای ترمودینامیکی نمایانگر آن بود که بیشینه تغییرات آنتالپی مشاهدهشده برای زیستپلاستیکهای آمیختهای BG در تبدیل 0.5 برابر ~210kJ/mol و برای زیستپلاستیکهای شاهد و آمیختهای Wh در نسبت تبدیل 0.6 به ترتیب حدود 259 و 212kJ/mol بوده است. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه ضمن تبیین رفتار گرمایی زیستپلاستیکهای بر پایه آرد سیبزمینی در دماهای مختلف و روند تجزیه گرمایی، به تولید انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر از ضایعات زیستپلاستیکها کمک میکند.
