مروری بر روشهای مختلف تغییر خواص پیزوالکتریک در پلی(وینیلیدن فلوئورید)
امروزه تأمین انرژی الکتریکی از انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر مانند انرژی مکانیکی، گرمایی و خورشیدی گسترش یافته است. مواد پیزوالکتریک از مناسبترین گزینهها برای تأمین انرژی الکتریکی از انرژی مکانیکی موجود در طبیعت مانند نیروی مکانیکی، ارتعاش و حرکات بدن انسان است. کاربرد برداشتکنندههای پیزوالکتریک بهمنظور تأمین انرژی الکتریکی در قطعات الکترونیکی خودشارژشونده یا حسگرهای بیسیم با توان کم برای حذف باطری یا کابل است. در واقع، خاصیت پیزوالکتریک خاصیتی از موادی ویژه است که قابلیت تبدیل انرژی مکانیکی به الکتریکی و برعکس را فراهم میکند. خاصیت پیزوالکتریک ابتدا در سرامیکها کشف شد. اما بهدلیل نیاز به مواد پیزوالکتریک با سطح بزرگ و انعطافپذیری زیاد در بسیاری از کاربردها و نیز قیمت نسبتاً ارزان و فناوری تولید ساده پلیمرها در مقایسه با سرامیکها، پلیمرها بهطور گسترده بهکار گرفته شدند. پلی(وینیلیدن فلوئورید) (PVDF)، پلیمری نیمهبلوری با خواص فروالکتریک و پیزوالکتریک است و پنج شکل بلوری دارد. فاز β، قطبی است و بهدلیل بیشترین ممان دوقطبی و قطبش دائمی خاصیت پیرو و پیزوالکتریک نشان میدهد. در این مقاله، ابتدا PVDF معرفی و سپس روشهای مختلف برای تعیین و اندازهگیری فازهای مختلف آن مرور شده است. در نهایت، روشهای مختلف از جمله کشش مکانیکی، فشار زیاد، سردکردن مذاب، استفاده از حلالهای قطبی، قطبش زیر کشش و میدان الکتریکی قوی، آمیختهسازی با پلیمرها و الکتروریسی و اثر افزودن انواع مواد افزودنی مانند نانولوله کربن، خاکرس، فلزات و نمکهای فلزی و سرامیکها بر افزایش فاز قطبی β بحث و بررسی شده است.

تثبیت کاتالیزگر متالوسن بر نانوسیلیکای دودی برای تهیه پلیاتیلن بدون گرهخوردگی
فرضیه: تولید پلیاتیلن با وزن مولکولی نسبتاً زیاد، خواص بهبودیافته و فرایندپذیری قابلقبول تاکنون هدف بسیاری از پژوهشها بوده است. در پلیمرشدن دوغابی، تثبیت کاتالیزگرهای همگن متالوسن بر پایههایی با ابعاد نانو افزون بر بهبود خواص مکانیکی و گرمایی محصول میتواند موجب کنترل شکلشناسی و توزیع مناسب اندازه ذره شود. سطح ویژه ذرات پایه میتواند از عوامل اثرگذار بر فرایند تثبیت کاتالیزگر و خواص محصول باشد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تولید نانوکامپوزیت پلیاتیلن-نانوسیلیکا بدون گرهخوردگی با روش پلیمرشدن درجا بود. روشها: کاتالیزگر متالوسن زیرکونوسندیکلرید (Cp2ZrCl2) روی ذرات اصلاح سطحیشده نانوسیلیکای دودی تثبیت شد. از سه نوع نانوسیلیکای دودی با سطح ویژه 50، 200 و 380m2/g استفاده شد. ابتدا روی سطح نانوذرات سیلیکای اصلاح گرماییشده، با استفاده از کمککاتالیزگر متیلآلومینوکسان اصلاح شیمیایی انجام شد. سپس، با افزودن کاتالیزگر Cp2ZrCl2 به سامانه، واکنش تثبیت و فعالسازی کاتالیزگر بهطور همزمان انجام شد. در نهایت، پلیمرشدن اتیلن با استفاده از کاتالیزگر تهیهشده در فشار جو و دمای 30 درجه سلسیوس انجام شد. یافتهها: مقدار بیشینه بازده پلیمرشدن، مربوط به کاتالیزگر ناهمگنشده روی نانوسیلیکا با سطح ویژه 200m2/g بود. نتایج کششپذیری در حالت جامد و افزایش تدریجی مدول در آزمون رئومتری پویش زمان نشان داد، پلیاتیلن سنتزشده دارای گرهخوردگی کم است. کاهش غلظت و تراکم سطحی مراکز فعال روی کاتالیزگر ناهمگنشده موجب کاهش مقدار گرهخوردگی زنجیرهای پلیمری شد. نتایج آزمون کشش، بهبود خواص مکانیکی نانوکامپوزیت تولیدشده نسبت به پلیاتیلن خالص را نشان داد که میتواند حاکی از توزیع مناسب نانوذرات سیلیکا در ماتریس پلیاتیلن باشد و تصاویر SEM نیز این موضوع را تأیید کرد.

بررسی تجربی اثر زنجیرافزای پنتاندیال بر خواص مکانیکی اسفنجهای پلییورتان برپایه MDI
فرضیه: مواد و سازههای جاذب انرژی در حفاظت از جان انسانها کاربردهای زیادی دارند، از اینرو، علاقهمندی به کشف مواد جدید کاربردی در این زمینه افزایش یافته است. اسفنجهای پلییورتان در انواع جاذبهای انرژی استفاده میشوند. در این مطالعه، خواص مکانیکی اسفنج پلییورتان بر پایه متیلن دیفنیل دیایزوسیانات (MDI) تقویتشده با زنجیرافزای پنتاندیال بررسی شده است. روشها: اسفنجها با روش اختلاط مستقیم واکنشدهندهها تهیه شده و برای بررسی خواص فشاری و کششی، نمونههای استاندارد تهیه شدند. نمونهها با افزودن دو مقدار 5 و %10 پنتان دیال به ترکیب ثابت پلییورتان ساخته شدند. سپس، آزمونهای فشار و کشش شبهایستا انجام و نتایج گزارش شده است. ریزساختار اسفنج با میکروسکوپ الکترونی پویشی (SEM) بررسی شد.یافتهها: مقایسه نتایج نشان داد، با وجود تقویت استحکام فشاری اسفنجهای پلییورتان با افزودن برخی از سایر زنجیرافزاها، خواص فشاری اسفنجهای پلییورتان بررسیشده در پژوهش پیش رو، شامل استحکام و انرژی جذبشده با افزدونی پنتاندیال تغییر محسوسی نکرد. اما مدول کشسانی و مدول ناحیه نیرو ثابت (ناحیه مسطح) آن بهشدت افزایش یافت. انرژی ویژه جذبشده اسفنج نیز با افزودن 5 و %10پنتاندیال بهترتیب 11.7 و %12.6افزایش یافت. نتایج آزمونهای کشش نیز حساسیت شدیدی نسبت به افزودن پنتاندیال نشان داد. بهطوری که با افزودن %10 پنتاندیال، استحکام، کرنش شکست و چقرمگی اسفنج به ترتیب 37.9، 57.1 و %137.5 زیاد شد. مدول کشسانی کششی نمونهها نیز با افزودن %10 پنتاندیال، %6.9 افزایش یافت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، ماده با افزودن 5،1-پنتاندیال سلولهای کوچکتر و ساختار یکنواختتری نشان داد.

سنتز، شناسایی و خواص پلیآمیدهای آروماتیک نوین جاذب UV
فرضیه: پلیآمیدهای آروماتیک دسته مهمی از پلیمرهای کارآمد و مقاوم گرمایی بهشمار میآیند. مهمترین مسئله در بهکارگیری این پلیمرها مشکلبودن فراورش است که از دمای ذوب و دمای انتقال شیشهای زیاد و ماهیت حلناپذیری آنها در اغلب حلالهای آلی بیپروتون ناشی میشود. مشکل اصلی پلیمرهای مقاوم گرمایی، حفظ پایداری گرمایی و همزمان افزایش حلپذیری آنهاست که با طراحی و سنتز مونومرهای جدید میتوان بر آن غلبه کرد.روشها: ابتدا، بیس(4-اکسی بنزوﺋیک اسید)-5،1-آنتراکینون (DA1) و بیس(3-اکسی بنزوﺋیک اسید)-5،1-آنتراکینون (DA2) بهترتیب از راه واکنشهای جانشینی هستهدوست 4-هیدروکسی بنزوئیک اسید و 3-هیدروکسی بنزوئیک اسید با 5،1- دیکلروآنتراکینون سنتز شدند. در مرحله بعد، روش Yamazaki برای سنتز پلیآمیدهای نوین از واکنش پلیمرشدن تراکمی دیاسیدهای بهدستآمده با دیآمینهای آروماتیک متفاوت از جمله اکسی دیآنیلین (ODA)، پارافنیلن دیآمین (PPDA)، 6،2-دیآمینوپیریدین (DAP)، 5،1-دیآمینونفتالین (DAN) و دیآمینودیفنیل متان (DADPM) در مجاورت تریفنیلفسفیت (TPP) و پیریدین بهعنوان معرف فعالکننده و N-متیل-2-پیرولیدون بهعنوان حلال بهکار گرفته شد. یافتهها: ساختار مونومرها و پلیمرهای تهیهشده با روشهای مختلف طیفنمایی شناسایی شد. خواص فیزیکی و گرمایی پلیمرهای جدید نظیر پایداری و رفتار گرمایی، حلپذیری، گرانروی و جذب فرابنفش مطالعه و رابطه ساختار-خواص آنها بررسی شد. پلیمرهای تهیهشده در محدوده 370-344 نانومتر جذب UV نشان دادند. واردکردن ترکیب حجیم و آروماتیک آنتراکینونی به زنجیر اصلی پلیمر موجب شد تا در مجموع پلیمرها از پایداری گرمایی زیاد و حلپذیری بهبودیافتهای در حلالهای قطبی بیپروتون برخوردار باشند.

اثر افزودنی پلی(تترافلوئورواتیلن) پرتودهیشده بر خواص مکانیکی و تریبولوژیکی در کامپوزیتهای لاستیک نیتریل
فرضیه: پودر پلیتترافلوئورواتیلن (PTFE) بهدلیل داشتن انرژی سطحی کم موجب کاهش اصطکاک در کامپوزیت لاستیک نیتریل (NBR) میشود. از طرفی، PTTE بهدلیل پایداری شیمیایی سبب بهبود بیشتر مقاومت کامپوزیت در برابر حلالهای نفتی میشود. همچنین بهعلت داشتن پایداری گرمایی، بهبود مقاومت گرمایی آمیزه لاستیکی را بهدنبال دارد. با وجود این، پراکنش ذرات PTFE در ماتریس لاستیکی محدود است و موجب کاهش خواص مکانیکی میشود.روشها: از پرکننده نوع پودر PTFE پرتودهیشده برای ایجاد برهمکنشهای مطلوبتر پلیمر پرکننده و بهبود پراکنش لاستیک استفاده شد. نمونهها بهخوبی با اختلاط مذاب ساخته و ارزیابی شدند. یافتهها: توزیع و پراکنش ذرات پودر PTFE پرتودهیشده در نمونههای پرشده مناسب بود. پودر PTFE پرتودهیشده، ولکانش گوگردی آمیزههای لاستیک نیتریل تقویتشده با دوده را بهخطر نینداخت، بلکه سبب بهبود مدول یانگ و سختی نمونهها شد. بدین ترتیب برخلاف مراجع، پودر PTFE پرتودهیشده احتمالاً از راه اثرگذاری بر کاهش سطح انرژی آمیزههای لاستیکی باعث کاهش چشمگیر ضریب اصطکاک و بهبود خواص تریبولوژیکی شد. بهطوری که با افزودن 20phr روانساز، با وجود کاهش %5-4 استحکام مکانیکی، کاهش حدود %40 ضریب اصطکاک در شرایط آزمون حاصل شد. برای خواص پیرشدگی، تغییر کمی در استحکام شکست پس از قرارگیری در شرایط حلالی و البته کاهش بسیار کم آن در شرایط پیرشدگی گرمایی برای آمیزهها بهدست آمد. برای کامپوزیت دارای 20phr از PTFE حدود %7 کاهش استحکام و کرنش در پارگی پس از پیرشدگی گرمایی و حدود %8.5 بهبود پس از پیرشدگی حلالی دیده شد.

اثر افزودن پلییورتان و نانوذرات سیلیکا بر خواص رسانندگی غشای پلیاتر سولفون سولفوندارشده
فرضیه: در سالهای اخیر با توجه به کاهش منابع انرژی در دسترس، پیشرفتهای شایان توجهی در زمینه مطالعه پیلهای سوختی و بهویژه سلولهای دارای متانول بهعنوان منابع تأمین انرژی حاصل شده است. غشای الکترولیتی از اجزای مهم سلولهای سوختی بهشمار میآید که نقش انتقال پروتون و بهدام انداختن متانول را ایفا میکند. غشای الکترولیتی باید پایداری شیمیایی و الکتروشیمیایی و نیز مقاومت مکانیکی زیادی را در شرایط عملیاتی داشته باشد. همچنین، رسانندگی پروتون زیاد برای عملکرد بهتر غشای پیل سوختی لازم است.روشها: در این پژوهش، غشاهای جدید نانوکامپوزیتی بهعنوان الکترولیت برای کاربرد در سلولهای سوختی تهیه شدند. بدین منظور، دو نوع غشا شامل پلیاترسولفون سولفوندارشده (SPES) و آمیخته آن با پلییورتان (PU) بهعنوان غشاهای پایه انتخاب شدند. ابتدا، پلیاتر سولفون با استفاده از سولفونیک اسید، سولفوندار و با PU و(SPES/PU) آمیخته شد. سپس، نانوذرات سیلیکا با درصدهای وزنی متفاوت (3، 5 و %8 وزنی) به غشای آمیختهای (SPES/PU/SiO2) اضافه شدند. خواص غشاهای تهیهشده با آزمونهای طیفسنجی زیرقرمز تبدیل فوریه (FTIR)، پراش پرتو X، گرماوزنسنجی، جذب آب و متانول، اندازهگیری رسانندگی پروتون و میکروسکوپی الکترونی پویشی بررسی شد. یافتهها: نتایج توزیع مناسب PU را در غشاهای تهیهشده نشان داد که دلیل آن تشکیل پیوندهای هیدروژنی میان گروههای قطبی SPES و PU بوده است. از اینرو، رسانندگی غشاهای آمیختهای با سازوکار افزایش قطبیت نسبت به نمونههای خالص بدون افزایش شدید در جذب آب و متانول، %74 افزایش یافت. همچنین، افزودن نانوذرات سیلیکا به غشای آمیختهای SEPS/PU و تهیه غشای نانوکامپوزیتی SPES/PU/SiO2، موجب تشکیل پیوند کووالانسی میان این ذرات با گروههای سولفونیک اسید در SPES، پیوند هیدروژنی با گروههای قطبی در SPES و PU و نیز چسبندگی بیشتر میان فازها شد. در نتیجه، شکلشناسی غشای نانوکامپوزیتی با سازوکار کاهش حفرهها و فضاهای خالی اصلاح شد. در نهایت، رسانندگی غشای نانوکامپوزیتی نسبت به نمونه خالص SPES فقط با 11 و %8 افزایش بهترتیب در جذب آب و متانول، %53.13 افزایش یافت.
