مروری بر پیشرفتهای اخیر در جداکنندههای بر پایه پلیاولفین در کاربردهای باتری لیتیم-یون
در سالهای اخیر، مطالعات متعددی درباره باتریهای لیتیم-یون ثانویه برای کاربردهای گسترده شامل منبع تغذیه در وسایل الکترونیکی قابلحمل، وسایل نقلیه الکتریکی و مخزن ذخیره الکتریکی انجام شده است. بهطور کلی، باتریهای لیتیم-یون از چهار جزء شامل آند، کاتد، الکترولیت و جداکننده تشکیل شدهاند. با وجود اینکه جداکنندهها در باتریهای لیتیم-یون هیچ نقشی در واکنشهای الکتروشیمیایی ندارند، اما بهطور فیزیکی آند و کاتد را جدا میکنند، بهطوری که وقتی جریان آزاد یونهای لیتیم از راه الکترولیت مایع منتقل میشود، اتصال کوتاه الکتریکی رخ ندهد. از اینرو، جداکننده نقش اساسی را در ایمنی و توان باتریهای لیتیم یون دارد. در میان تعداد زیاد جداکنندههایی که تاکنون تولید شدهاند، جداکنندههای غشایی متخلخل پلیاولفینی شامل پلیاتیلن (PE) و پلیپروپیلن (PP)، بهدلیل داشتن ویژگیهای برجستهای از جمله پایداری الکتروشیمیایی، استحکام مکانیکی خوب، کارایی و مقرون بهصرفهبودن و از کارافتادگی گرمایی، بهعنوان امیدوارکنندهترین جداکنندهها برای باتریهای لیتیم-یون تجاری بهشمار میآیند. با وجود این، جداکنندههای غشایی مشکلات اساسی از جمله غیرقطبیبودن، انرژی سطحی کم و پایداری گرمایی ضعیف را برای ذخیرهسازی وسایل نقلیه دارند. از اینرو، در این بررسی انواع جداکنندههای پلیاولفینی میکرومتخلخل استفادهشده در باتریهای لیتیم-یون و روشهای اصلاح سطح آنها مرور شدهاند. راهکارهایی همچون پیوندزنی با روشهای مختلف، روش الهامگرفته از صدف و عاملدارکردن با نانوذرات معدنی نیز برای غلبه بر مشکلات نامبرده بهکار گرفته شدهاند. نتایج پژوهشهای بسیاری اثبات میکند، اگر با استفاده از روشها و مواد مناسب اصلاح سطح انجام شود، خواص چشمگیری بهوسیله جداکنندههای پلیاولفینی تکلایه و چندلایه بهدست خواهد آمد که میتواند پنجرهای جدیدی را به روی باتریهای با عملکرد کارآمد بگشاید.

حلپذیری و انتقال فاز رنگینههای نامحلول در حلال آلی با استفاده از میسل معکوس پلییورتانی
فرضیه: سامانههای دومحیطدوست با خودتجمعی ساختارهای میسلی کارایی مؤثری را در حلکردن ترکیبات نامحلول نشان میدهند. پلییورتانهای دومحیطدوست بهعنوان گونههای پلیمری گردایشکننده از ویژگیهای خاصی مانند پایداری بهکمک پیوند هیدروژنی ساختارهای آرایشیافته و قابلیت عاملدارکردن برخوردارند. در این راستا، پلییورتان دومحیطدوست (APU) با آرایش دومحیطدوستی تصادفی، سنتز شده بر پایه اسید چرب روغن زیتون، بهمنظور تشکیل ساختار میسلی در محیط آلی غیرقطبی همراه با کپسولدارکردن و انتقال رنگینههای نامحلول ارزیابی شد.روشها: محلول APU در حلال آلی غیرقطبی تولوئن، در غلظتهای مختلف برای پیبردن به امکان تشکیل ساختار میسلی و تعیین نقطه شروع انبوهش (RCMC) با روشهای کدورتسنجی و گرانرَویسنجی ارزیابی شد. شکلشناسی نانوذرات تشکیلشده با میکروسکوپ الکترونی پویشی نشر میدانی (FE-SEM)، میکروسکوپی نیروی اتمی (AFM) و پراکندگی دینامیکی نور (DLS) بررسی شد. قابلیت این میسلهای پلیمری در بارگیری و حلکردن رنگینه آبدوست فوشین در تولوئن و نیز در انتقال فاز چند رنگینه کاتیونی آبدوست از فاز آبی به فاز تولوئن بررسی شد. ظرفیت کمّی انتقال رنگینه با ثبت طیفهای جذبی آنها ارزیابی شد.یافتهها: APU قابلیت تشکیل میسل معکوس را در غلظت بحرانی کم (0.02mg/mL) در حلال تولوئن نشان داد که بیانگر عملکرد مؤثر برهمکنشهای بینمولکولی بین بخشهای آبدوست پلیمر است. قابلیت APU در حلکردن رنگینه آبدوست در محیط آلی غیرقطبی و انتقال این نوع رنگینهها از فاز آلی به آبی نشاندهنده تشکیل ساختارهای گردایشی هسته-پوسته از این پلیمر در حلال آلی و عملکرد آن بهعنوان نانوحامل است. از سوی دیگر، میسل معکوس تشکیلشده در فاز آلی قابلیت استخراج رنگینههای کاتیونی محلول در آب را به فاز آلی نشان داد. براساس نتایج میتوان از این پلیمر در فرایند حذف رنگینههای کاتیونی از آبهای آلوده و نیز فرایندهای دارورسانی استفاده کرد.

فرضیه: تهیه نانوالیاف بهعنوان حاملهایی برای دارورسانی در سالهای اخیر بسیار مورد توجه بوده است. پلیکاپرولاکتون اغلب در کاربردهای پزشکی و مهندسی بافت استفاده میشود. با وجود این، ماهیت آبگریز آن مانعی در این زمینه است که معمولاً با اضافهکردن عوامل زیستی و طبیعی این مشکل برطرف میشود. در این پژوهش، اثر همافزایی پیپرین و الاجیک اسید بر خواص و عملکرد ساختارهای نانولیفی دارای کورکومین بر پایه پلیکاپرولاکتون بررسی شده است.روشها: نانوالیاف بر پایه پلیکاپرولاکتون دارای مقدارهای مشخصی از عصارههای گیاهی تهیه و با روش الکتروریسی تولید شدند. برای بررسی نقش عصاره هر گیاه، سامانههای تکجزئی دارای کورکومین یا پیپرین، سامانههای دوجزئی دارای کورکومین-پیپرین و سامانه سه جزئی دارای کورکومین-پیپرین-الاجیک اسید، با الکتروریسی تولید شدند و آزمونهای مختلف برای تعیین اثربخشی آنها بر بهبود خواص الیاف تهیهشده برای کاربردهای پزشکی انجام شد.یافتهها: با مطالعه ریزساختار نمدهای الکتروریسیشده، مشاهده شد، توزیع قطر نانوالیاف در بازه 50-100 نانومتر دارای بیشترین فراوانی است و میانگین قطر الیاف در نمونههای تکجزئی، دوجزئی و سهجزئی در محدوده 87-173 نانومتر تغییر کرده است. آزمون ضدباکتریایی نشان داد، افزون بر کورکومین، پیپرین نیز از فعالیت ضدباکتریایی مناسبی برخوردار است و نیز نمد الکتروریسیشده شامل سه ترکیب کورکومین-پیپرین-الاجیک اسید دارای فعالیت ضدباکتریایی مناسبی بود (79%). افزون بر این، مقدار جذب آب و تراوایی بخار آب نمونههای سهجزئی به ترتیب 337% و 11.56mg.cm2.hبود. نمدهای تهیهشده دارای استحکام کششی، کشسانی و انعطافپذیری مطلوبی بودند. با انجام آزمون سمیت یاختهای مشخص شد، نمدهای الکتروریسیشده برای یاختههای فیبروبلاست انسانی (HDF) سمی نبودند. بنابراین، با درنظرگرفتن تمام نتایج، میتوان نتیجه گرفت، استفاده از دو ترکیب الاجیک اسید و پیپرین در افزایش زیستدسترس پذیری کورکومین مؤثر است و نمدهای حاصل در کاربردهای پزشکی میتوانند بهعنوان زخمپوش استفاده شوند.

سینتیک تخریب گرمایی ضایعات پلیاستیرن و پلیاستیرن انبساطیافته
فرضیه: تولید فزاینده زبالههای پلیمری تخریبناپذیر مانند پلیاستیرن (PS) و پلیاستیرن انبساطیافته (EPS) بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین مشکلات زیستمحیطی شناخته میشود. فناوری تخریب گرمایی یکی از روشهای مناسب و راهبردی برای تبدیل زبالههای پلیمری تخریبناپذیر به مواد شیمیایی یا سوخت است. بنابراین، بررسی سینتیک تخریب ضایعات پلیاستیرن بهویژه نمونههای موجود در ایران برای کاربرد در صنایع داخل کشور موضوعی ضروری است. بهدستآوردن سینتیک تخریب گرمایی پلیاستیرن میتواند در طراحی واکنشگاههای صنعتی بهکار گرفته شود و در صورت وجود توجیه اقتصادی وارد فاز سرمایهگذاری صنعتی و تولید مونومرهای استیرن از ضایعات پلیاستیرن شود. روشها: آزمون گرماوزنسنجی تخریب گرمایی دو نمونه پلیاستیرن (PS) و پلیاستیرن انبساط یافته (EPS) از ظروف یک بار مصرف موجود در بازار ایران، در جو نیتروژن در محدوده دمایی 25 تا 600 درجه سلسیوس با سرعتهای گرمادهی 5، 10، 15و 20C/min بررسی و مقدار کاهش جرم آنها اندازهگیری شد. انرژی فعالسازی دادههای تجربی با استفاده از مدلهای مختلف سینتیکی Redfern ،Ozawa-Flynn-Wal، Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose،Augis-Bennetis و Vyazovkin تخمین زده شد. یافتهها: مدل Vyazovkin بهتر از سایر مدلها دادههای تجربی را پیشبینی کرد و این مدل بهمنظور تعیین انرژی فعالسازی انتخاب شد. انرژی فعالسازی برای نمونههای PS و EPS با استفاده از مدل Vyazovkin، بهترتیب در محدوده 158kJ/mol تا 201kJ/mol و 182kJ/mol تا 195kJ/molبهدست آمد. همچنین، ضریب پیشنمایی برای نمونه PS و EPS با استفاده از مدل Vyazovkin بهترتیب 1012×3.08 و 1015×1.05 محاسبه شد. نتایج بررسی سینتیک تخریب گرمایی نمونههای PS و EPS داخل کشور میتواند با کمک به مدلسازی فرایند بازیافت این ضایعات در ایران، به رفع مشکلات زیستمحیطی مرتبط با آن کمک کند.

فرضیه: دستیابی به گرانرَوی و چسبناکی مطلوب در پیشآغشتههای بر پایه رزینهای اپوکسی بهطور عمده با روش پیشپخت انجام میشود. اما، مشکل اصلی این روش، کاهش زمان انبارداری پیشآغشته بهدلیل پیشرفت واکنش است. یکی از راهکارهای مناسب برای غلبه بر این مشکل، حذف مرحله پیشپخت در فرایند پیشآغشتهسازی و دستیابی به گرانروی مناسب بهکمک فرمولبندی رزینهای اپوکسی با وزنهای مولکولی مختلف است. با این روش، امکان رسیدن به پیشآغشتهای با قابلیت پخت تکمرحلهای و زمان انبارداری طولانیتر مهیّا میشود.روشها: با استفاده از رزین اپوکسی مایع با وزن مولکولی کم (Epon828) و رزین اپوکسی جامد با وزن مولکولی زیاد (Ker3003) در مجاورت حلال متیلاتیل کتون (MEK)، عامل پخت دیسیاندیآمید (DICY) و عامل شتابدهنده دیوران (Diuron)، دو نوع فرمولبندی 3S7L (دارای wt% 30 رزین Ker3003 و wt% 70 رزین Epon828) و 4S6L (دارای wt% 40 رزین Ker3003 و wt% 60 رزین Epon828) طراحی شدند. بر اساس فرمولبندیهای بهدستآمده، پیشآغشتهها تهیه و سپس به کامپوزیت نهایی پخت شدند. آزمونهای مختلفی همچون طیفنمایی زیر قرمز تبدیل فوریه (FTIR)، گرماسنجی پویشی تفاضلی (DSC)، آزمون دینامیکی-مکانیکی گرمایی (DMTA)، استحکام برشی بینلایهای (ILSS)، استحکام کششی، چسبناکی و قابلیت شکلپذیری برای تعیین خواص رزینهای فرمولبندیشده، پیشآغشتهها و کامپوزیتها بهکار گرفته شدند.یافتهها: بر پایه فرموبندیهای طراحیشده، پیشآغشتههای با خواص مطلوب بدون نیاز به مرحله پیشپخت بهدست آمدند. نتایج نشان داد، دمای شروع پخت رزینهای فرمولبندیشده نسبت به رزین اپوکسی Epon828، حدود °15 بیشتر است. فرمولبندی 4S6L چسبناکی و گرانروی مطلوب برای پیشآغشته را تا دمای °45 حفظ میکند. فرمولبندی 3S7L بهترتیب حدود 14 و %11 از نظر خواص استحکام برشی بینلایهای نسبت به فرمولبندی 4S6L و Epon828 بیشتر است. سفتی خمشی برای پیشآغشتههای ساختهشده بر اساس فرمولبندیهای 3S7L و 4S6L بهترتیب برابر 3230 و 3460µJ/m بهدست آمد که حاکی از قابلیت زیاد شکلپذیری هر دو فرمولبندی است.

نانوکامپوزیت زیستپلاستیک بر پایه پلیبوتیلن سوکسینات آدیپات - سلولوزنانوبلوری اصلاحشده با آمینوسیلان: خواص ساختاری، گرمایی و فیزیکی
فرضیه: سلولوز نانوبلوری بهدلیل زیستتخریبپذیری، تجدیدپذیری و خواص مکانیکی عالی بهعنوان پرکننده در زیستپلاسیتکها بسیار مورد توجه است. پراکنش خوب سلولوز نانوبلوری عامل اساسی در تعیین خواص افزایشیافته نانوکامپوزیتهای زیستپلاستیک سلولوز نانوبلوری است. از طرفی، اصلاح سطح سلولوز نانوبلوری با استفاده از آمینوسیلانها میتواند پراکنش آن را در ماتریس پلیمری بهبود بخشد.روشها: سطح سلولوز نانوبلوری با ترکیب سیلانی N-(2-آمینواتیل)-3-آمینوپروپیلتریمتوکسیسیلان، بهمنظور بهبود میل ترکیبی آن به پلیبوتیلن سوکسینات آدیپات اصلاح شد. نمونههای نانوکامپوزیتی پلیبوتیلن سوکسینات آدیپات (PBSA) دارای مقادیر مختلف 0، 0.1 0.3، 0.5، 1 و 2phr سلولوز نانوبلوری اصلاحشده با روش اختلاط محلولی تهیه شدند. خواص ساختاری، گرمایی و فیزیکی نمونههای تهیهشده با آزمونهای طیفسنجی زیرقرمز تبدیل فوریه (FTIR)، میکروسکوپی الکترونی پویشی (SEM)، گرماوزنسنجی (TGA)، گرماسنجی پویشی تفاضلی (DSC) و جذب آب شناسایی شد.یافتهها: اصلاح شیمایی سطح سلولوز نانوبلوری با آزمونهای FTIR ،TGA و EDX، تأیید شد. اندازهگیریهای گرانروکشسانی خطی نشان داد، واردکردن سلولوز نانوبلوری در PBSA به رفتار غیرپایانی و افزایش گرانرَوی در محدوده بسامدهای کم منجر شد که در بارگذاریهای زیاد سلولوز نانوبلوری مشخص میشود. افزایش تمایل نانوذره اصلاحشده به PBSA به ایجاد برهمکنشهای هیدرودینامیکی بین پرکننده-ماتریس و تشکیل ساختار سهبعدی در ماتریس پلیمر منجر شد. عکسهای SEM، پراکنش خوب نانوذره اصلاحشده را در ماتریس پلیمر نشان داد. نتایج TGA نشان داد، پایداری گرمایی PBSA با سلولوز نانوبلوری اصلاحشده با سیلان افزایش یافت. این را میتوان به برهمکنش ایجادشده بین اجزای نانوکامپوزیت نسبت داد که به انرژی بیشتر برای تخریب گرمایی نیاز دارند. نتایج DSC نیز نشان داد، وجود نانوبلورهای سلولوزی به افزایش دمای بلورش در پلیبوتیلن سوکسینات دارای نانوذرات اصلاحشده منجر میشود. جذب آب در نمونهها با زمان، تا رسیدن به حد تعادلی، افزایش یافت. افزایش مقدار نانوذره در ماتریس پلیمر باعث افزایش جذب آب شد.
