پوششهای ضدباکتری بر پایه پلییورتانهای آبپایه: مروری بر روشهای سنتز، خواص و کاربردها
امروزه شیوع عفونتهای باکتریایی و خسارات جانی و مالی ناشی از آن سبب شده است، دانشمندان همواره در پی یافتن راهکارهایی برای توسعه دانش در مهار این میکروارگانیسمهای بیماریزا باشند. چسبندگی باکتریها و رشد آنها روی سطوح مختلف سبب ایجاد تجمع این میکروارگانیسمها و تشکیل زیستفیلم میشود. این میکروکلونیهای تشکیلشده امکان رشد دارند و میتوانند با جداشدن سطوح سبب گسترش عفونت شوند. بنابراین، بهترین راه برای جلوگیری از گسترش عفونت و بیماریها، جلوگیری از تشکیل زیستفیلم با استفاده از سطوح ضدمیکروب است. یکی از مهمترین ابزارهای معرفیشده در این زمینه استفاده از پوششهای پلیمری ضدباکتری است. در میان پلیمرها، پلییورتانها بهدلیل داشتن خواص منحصر بهفرد از جمله، زیستسازگاری، امکان استفاده از مواد اولیه گوناگون و کنترلپذیری خواص مورد توجه فراوانی در این زمینه قرار گرفتهاند. در سالهای اخیر، پلییورتانهای آبپایه بهدلیل کاهش استفاده از ترکیبات آلی فرار (VOC)، ساخت راحت، گرانرَوی کم، امکان افشاندن، چسبندگی زیاد به سطوح مختلف، مقاومت سایشی زیاد، قابلیت پراکنش انواع افزودنیها و تشکیل سریع فیلم در زمینههای زیستپزشکی نظیر پوششهای ضدباکتری، زخمپوشها و محصولات زیستی بسیار مطالعات شدهاند. در این مقاله مروری، ابتدا انواع روشهای تهیه پوششهای پلیمری ضدباکتری تشریح میشوند که شامل استفاده از نانوساختارها، آمیخهسازی با پلیمرهای ضدباکتری و استفاده از مونومرهای ضدباکتری هستند. سپس، پلییورتانها و پلییورتانهای آبپایه معرفی میشوند. در ادامه، مطالعات انجامشده در زمینه تهیه پلییورتانهای آبپایه ضدباکتری با استفاده از راهکارهایی مانند افزودن نانوساختارها، آمیختهسازی با پلیمرهای ضدباکتری، بارگذاری دارو، استفاده از مونومرهای ضدباکتری و اصلاح سطح پلیمر مرور میشوند. محصولات تهیهشده طی این مطالعات برای کاربردهای گوناگونی نظیر پوششدهی تجهیزات پزشکی، زخمپوشها و صنایع بستهبندی پیشنهاد شدهاند.

ساخت غشاهای ماتریس ترکیبی ضدباکتری با نانوذرات روی اکسید، مس اکسید و نانوکامپوزیت مس اکسید-روی اکسید
فرضیه: غشاهای فراصافشی با جداسازی ترکیبات و مواد با وزن مولکولی زیاد، نقش مهمی در فرایندهای شیمیایی دارند ،اما یکی از معایب این فرایند، جرمگرفتگی غشایی است و در مواردی که خوراک ورودی بستر مناسبی برای رشد میکروارگانیسمها باشد، جرمگرفتگی زیستی نیز باعث کاهش بازده فرایند میشود. برای رفع جرمگرفتگی زیستی، روشهای متعددی پیشنهاد شده است که یکی از کارآمدترین روشها، استفاده از غشاهای دارای نانوذرات است.روشها: در این پژوهش، از نانوذرات روی اکسید، مس اکسید و نانوکامپوزیت روی اکسید-مس اکسید (ZnO/CuO) با سه غلظت 1، 3 و %5 وزنی در غشای بر پایه پلی(وینیل کلرید) (PVC) برای بهبود خواص ضدباکتری استفاده شده است. ابتدا نانوذرات با روش همرسوبی سنتز و خواص آنها با آزمونهای XRD و FTIR، ارزیابی شد. در ادامه، غشاهای ماتریس ترکیبی تهیه شده و خواص آنها از نظر شار تراوش (عبوردهی)، تخلخل و زاویه تماس بررسی شد.یافتهها: برای بررسی خواص ضدباکتری غشاهای ساختهشده از روش انتشار دیسک در برابر باکتری گرم منفی اشرشیا کلی استفاده شد که در بین غشاهای تهیهشده، غشای دارای %5 وزنی نانوذره ZnO با قطر هاله 9mm و غشاهای دارای %3 وزنی نانوذره ZnO و %5 وزنی CuO با قطر هاله 8.1mm بیشترین خاصیت ضدباکتری را نشان دادند. بررسیها نشان داده است، نانوذرات سنتزی قابلیت ارتقای خواص غشاهای PVC نظیر مقدار آبدوستی (کاهش زاویه تماس از °28/86 به °55/67) و نیز ایجاد خاصیت ضدباکتری را در غشاها داشته است. از این روش میتوان برای کاهش جرمگرفتگی زیستی غشاها در فرایندهای جداسازی استفاده کرد.

فرضیه: وجود رنگزاها در منابع آبی بهدلیل پایداری گرمایی و شیمیایی زیاد در برابر تخریب با نور، گرما و اکسندههای طبیعی چالشهایی را برای دانشمندان محیطزیست ایجاد کرده است. وجود رنگینهها در منابع آبی نه تنها به کاهش نفوذ نور خورشید به آب منجر شده بلکه سلامت انسان و موجودات زنده را نیز بهخطر انداخته است. در این راستا، هیدروژلها جاذبهای مؤثری برای حذف رنگینهها هستند. در این پژوهش، از نانوذرات دوده بهمنظور بهبود عملکرد حذف رنگینه فوشین با هیدروژل کربوکسیمتیل سلولوز پیوندخورده با کوپلیمر آکریلیک اسید و ایتاکونیک اسید استفاده شده است.روشها: هیدروژلهای کوپلیمری و نانوکامپوزیتی با روش پلیمرشدن رادیکال آزاد سنتز شدند. بررسی عملکرد جذب آنها در شرایط عملیاتی مختلف بهطور ناپیوسته انجام شد. بهمنظور شناسایی جاذبهای سنتزشده از آزمونهای طیفنمایی زیرقرمز تبدیل فوریه (FTIR)، پراش پرتو X و میکروسکوپی الکترونی پویشی مجهز به باشنده انرژی پرتو X استفاده شد.یافتهها: مقدار بیشینه بازده حذف هیدروژل نانوکامپوزیتی دارای %۵ وزنی نانوذرات دوده در شرایط عملیاتی pH برابر 7، دُز جاذب ۱g/L، غلظت اولیه ۱۰mg/L و زمان تماس ۶۰min ، %۷۶/۹۸ بهدست آمد. بررسی سینتیکی فرایند جذب سطحی نشان داد، دادههای آزمایشگاهی از مدل شبهدرجه دوم پیروی میکند. بررسی دادههای تعادلی نشان داد، مدل Langmuir مناسبترین مدل برای برازش دادههاست. بیشترین مقدار ظرفیت جذب برای هیدروژل کوپلیمری و نانوکامپوزیتی بهترتیب ۶۰۳۶/۳۱ و ۷۵۲۴۷/۳۳mg/g بهدست آمد که مؤثربودن افزودن نانوذرات دوده در بهبود عملکرد هیدروژل در حذف رنگینه کاتیونی فوشین را نشان میدهد. در نهایت میتوان نتیجه گرفت، جاذبهای سنتزشده قابلیت زیادی در حذف رنگینه فوشین دارند.

اصلاح سطح درونی غشای الیاف توخالی پلی سولفون طی عملآوری پوششی با پلیدوپامین
فرضیه: خالصسازی خون فرایندی است که در آن دیالیزکننده برای پاکسازی خون از مواد زائد مانند اوره بهکار گرفته میشود. برای ساخت دیالیزکنندههای خالصساز خون اغلب از غشاهای بشرساخته استفاده میشود. بیشتر این پلیمرها سازگاری خوبی با خون ندارند. پوششدهی با پلیمرهای آبدوست روش بسیار ساده و مؤثری است که برای افزایش خواص آبدوستی و زیستسازگاری بهکار گرفته میشود. پلیدوپامین یکی از پلیمرهای زیستسازگار با گروههای عاملی کاتکولی است که تاکنون با توجه به خواص آبدوستی زیاد و چسپندگی مناسب برای پوششدهی غشاها مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. روشها: در این پژوهش، برای اولین بار سطح داخلی غشاهای الیاف توخالی پوششدهی شد. پوششدهی غشای پلیسولفون با تزریق محلول پلیدوپامین انجام شد. خواص ساختاری و تراوایی غشای عملآوریشده با این روش با غشای عملآورینشده و غشایی که سطح بیرونی آن با محلول پلیدوپامین پوششدهیشده مقایسه شد. یافتهها: تغییر معنیداری در تراوایی هیدرولیکی و اندازه منافذ غشاهای الیاف توخالی پس از عملآوریهای انجامشده با سطح اطمینان %95 دیده نشد. همچنین مطالعات با روشهای میکروسکوپی الکترونی پویشی و طیفنمایی پراش انرژی پرتو X روی سطح مقطع الیاف توخالی پیش و پس از عملآوری انجام شد. نتایج طیفنمایی پراش انرژی پرتو X نشان میدهد، مقدار عنصر اکسیژن سطح درونی الیاف توخالی که در عملآوریهای داخلی قرار گرفته بهطور محسوسی افزایش یافته است. بررسی آماری نتایج استحکام غشاهای عملآوریشده نشان میدهد، استحکام غشای عملآوریشده با روش تزریقی در مقایسه با غشای عملآورینشده و عملآوریشده در سطح بیرونی، افزایش معنیدار را با سطح اطمینان %95 نشان میدهد.

فرضیه: هدف این مطالعه ارائه مدلی اصلاحشده برای پیشبینی پدیده نرمشدگی تنش (اثر Mullins) درآمیزههای لاستیکی پرشده با دوده است. معادله جدیدی برای محاسبه متغیر تخریب در مدل نرمشدگی Ogden-Roxburgh که بر پایه یک معادله سینتیکی قرار داشته و پارامترهای آن وابسته به کرنش اصلی اول هستند، پیشنهاد و راستیآزمایی تجربی شد. که بر پایه معادله سینتیکی قرار داشته و پارامترهای آن وابسته به کرنش اصلی اول هستند.روشها: چهارآمیزه لاستیکی بر پایه کائوچوهای S-SBR و E-SBR که با دو مقدار مختلف دوده (40 و 60phr) تقویتشده بودند، ساخته و به شکل ورقههای لاستیکی پخت شدند. نمونههای دمبلیشکل از روی ورقهها تهیه و در سه چرخه آزمون کششی رفتوبرگشتی با سرعت 500mm/min قرار گرفتند. مقدار کشیدگی به نحوی اعمال شد که در هر چرخه مقدار کرنش نهایی نسبت به چرخه قبل افزایش یافت. همچنین آزمون تراکمپذیری بهمنظورتعیین مدول توده لاستیک و نسبت پوآسون روی نمونهها انجام شد. سپس، مدل اجزای محدود دو آزمون یادشده ساخته شد. برای رفتارهای ابرکشسان از مدل Yeoh و نرمشدگی تنش از مدل جدید پیشنهادی استفاده شد که بهصورت زیربرنامه رایانهای به نرمافزار Abaqusاضافهشده بود. بهکمک نرمافزارIsight یک الگوریتم چرخهای بهینهسازی طراحی و پارامترهای مدل برای آمیزههای نامبرده بهدست آمدند.یافتهها: بررسی نمودارهای نیرو برحسب زمان و نیرو برحسب تغییرشکل و نیز مقایسه بین مقدار خطای بهدستآمده در مرحله بهینهسازی بین دادههای تجربی و پیشبینیشده بهکمک مدل جدید با مدل کلاسیک Ogden-Roxburgh نشاندهنده آن است که مدل پیشنهادی قابلیت بسیار خوب و دقت بیشتری در پیشبینی رفتار نرمشدگی تنش دارد. با مقایسه نسبت خطاها مشخص شد، مدل جدید از لحاظ کمی بهطور متوسط %38 دقت بیشتری دارد. افزون بر این، ارتباط معنادار خوبی بین مقادیر عددی پارامترهای بهدستآمده با گونههای کائوچو و مقادیر پرکننده وجود دارد.

مقایسه تجربی اثرمیکروتالک و نانورس بر خواص ساختاری اسفنجهای پلیاتیلن تولیدشده با قالب گیری چرخشی
فرضیه: اسفنجهای پلیمری بهدلیل داشتن ساختار سلولی و متخلخل خواص منحصر بهفردی دارند و این خواص امروزه توجه ویژهای را در جوامع علمی و صنعتی جلب کرده است. تغییرات در ساختار سلولی اسفنجها از جمله نسبت انبساط، چگالی سلول و اندازه سلول باعث تغییر در خواص نهایی آنها میشود. بدین دلیل، مطالعه اثر پارامترهای فرایندی بر ساختار سلولی اسفنجهای پلیمری ضروری بهنظر میرسد. از سوی دیگر، روش قالبگیری چرخشی بهدلیل قابلیت زیاد در تولید قطعههای بزرگ توخالی با شکلهای پیچیده در مقایسه با سایر روشهای فرایندی بهسرعت در حال توسعه است. پارامترهای فرایندی مختلفی بر خواص ساختاری اسفنجهای پلیمری اثرگذارند. استفاده از عوامل هستهزا بهعنوان پارامتر موادی میتواند بهطور مؤثری بر خواص ساختاری اسفنجهای پلیمری در روشهای فرآوری مختلف اثرگذار باشد.روشها: بر همین اساس، در پژوهش حاضر اثر افزودن دو نوع عامل هستهزا شامل میکروذرات تالک و نانوذرات رس با اندازههای متفاوت بر خواص ساختاری اسفنجهای پلیاتیلن تولیدشده با روش قالبگیری چرخشی بررسی شده است. از آزودیکربنآمید بهعنوان عامل پفزا استفاده شد. %1 وزنی از میکروذرات تالک و نانوذرات رس به پلیاتیلن اضافه شده و سپس در فرایند قالبگیری چرخشی اسفنج شدند. خواص اسفنج شامل چگالی سلول، اندازه سلول و نسبت انبساط بهعنوان خواص ساختاری بررسی شدند.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد، میکروذرات تالک نسبت به نانوذرات رس اثر بیشتری بر افزایش چگالی سلول و کاهش اندازه سلول دارند. چگالی سلول اسفنجهای پلیاتیلن با افزودن %1 وزنی نانورس و میکروتالک بهترتیب بهمقدار 89 و %96 افزایش یافت. همچنین کاهشی بهمقدار 17.5 و 20 در اندازه سلول اسفنجهای پلیاتیلن بهترتیب با اضافهکردن %1 وزنی نانورس و میکروتالک مشاهده شد.
